On being more zen was created by
http://zenhabits.net/12-essential-rules-to-live-more-like-a-zen-monk/

I came across this article this morning and it really interested me. The rules are really easy to understand and simple to fallow. For me personally, I always do multiple things at one time while thinking about five other things. I've never given myself the chance to enjoy what is right in front of me, even if what I'm dong is not the most exciting thing in the world. It's really given me a better perspective on life. It even made my breakfast more enjoyable

That's mostly the way I strive to do things.

I so much hate washing dishes that only the zen approach helps :)

This is also a good guide I have found helpful to the same purpose...

Love that, Pro.

This is my favorite thing from that page: "Stop reading self-improvement manuals, books, and blogs. Other people's advice about living can often be a source of distress. Simplify by giving up the idea of perfection. Be confident that you're a good partner, a good parent, and a good person. Trust yourself more and do what comes naturally."

Krishnamurti said the same thing in Freedom from the Known!
