Stupendous Wave on Youtube has some fantastic videos on the Sith. Thier history, story, rituals, etc. Great stuff.

That did not go over my head. My reflexes were too fast.

From what I have learned from Sith teachings and Sith realist who have been teaching me about the Sith path is this:

The essence of being a Sith is to break any chains of limitations in your life through personal improvement, sacrifice, rebirth and seeking your Passion in life.
