Any time you'd like.
I prefer the Tibetan buddhist Dzogchen.
It is similar to the mahayana mudra. Where one is already considered a fully enlightened being but has become lost and doesn't remember who they really are.
Through Dzogchen one can realize your full potential and achieve liberation within one lifetime.
I will check in from time to time.... usually daily to help with any discussions or questions.
