Can't post in Journal! Getting error code

Hi y'all!
I am having some troubles posting in my journal because I keep on getting this error message:
"Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='"

Are you using the "Reply Topic" button when trying to use your journal?

are you posting chinese characters or something? Please try sticking to plain text.

In the event you generally struggle to post but can read this, there may be an issue with your input method and cache/cookie on your browser. clear all that. If copying text from word or something, copy it into something like notepad first, to ensure it is plain text.

I did clear the cache and cookies but it did not seem to work. I tried copying it from another plain text source but it didn't work. Hopefully, i did it right though!
BUT i did just rewrite it in the website editor and it uploaded just fine
