All he needs to do is get onto the temples website and fill out the membership application. that is all it takes to be a member. From there his training and participation is up to him. Though I believe Jestor is head of membership matters.

No, he try various time. But his english are really bad I think. He have already à school if I understood Well. I am going to visit him directly to Québec City around First week of July. And I would like to know who I contact to have direct assistance. And some détails I will discuss with him. Probably give some assistance to finish the french version site.
