Hi, i have completed all to become all the steps the oath and the application so I Would like to know how to become an initiate

Hi Jontix, and welcome.
the best you can do is studying your IP, keep posting in your journal, and let to a councilor the time to proceed to your rank change (I think you'll become a novice first).

The rank 'Initiate' is for those who have completed the Initiate Programme: http://www.templeofthejediorder.org/initiateprogramme

When you begin that you become a Novice.

It's been about a month, and I am a guest still. I have submitted an application, taken the formal oath and am still a guest. When should I expect to become a novice?

I guess somewhere in FAQ it is mentioned if it took more than 2 weeks contact M Jestor...

Have you completed the first assignment in the IP studies and sent Jestor a PM stating that you have done it?

That would be my guess as to what the hold up is. See the begining of the Initiates Program...

There is no application in my emails...

I just looked...

For some unknown reason, there is some applications/emails are getting returned to the provider...

As I was typing all of this, I remembered that the provider FAQ says that the return is from OUR email provider...

The application service sends us your application, via your email address, and it seems that Yahoo is the trigger...

You, and two others that I just dealt with recently, are all yahoo email addresses....

SO, if you try to send in another application, and then let me know, I can watch for it...
