I do not mean to be a bother, but would anyone mind pointing me to one of these "youth officers".
I am 17, and very confused on how to find this person(s).

Welcome to the Temple. As far as I am aware, Jestor and Reliah are both Youth Officers so you could send either one of them a PM. They'll explain where to go from there
