Youth Officer?

I am brand new to this, so I am sorry if this is somewhere in the FAQ that I happened to miss.

I am 15 years old, and am very interested in becoming a member of the Order. I understand that in order to do this I must first contact a Youth Officer. How can I find a Youth Officer? Sorry if it's a stupid question that has an obvious answer.

the current youth officer is master jestor, but he is on a vacation of sorts. he will return in a few days. im not sure about in the meantime, tho.
