We are moving the site to a new much faster server. The site might not be available during the transfer. It should not be down long.

You won't lose any posts, or PMs, and such. It may happen that you are editing a post and at the time you hit "submit" the website will be down. To prevent wasting your time typing it all again you should copy it before hitting submit.

Since I know you can take my harassment, the IP does say:

I do have some backups, but I'd like my final polished versions in case :)

I actually have a file that's a kind of an 'apprentice portfolio' of about 2/3rds of my work so far, I just haven't put together the remaining bit :)
It won't let me have a blank signature ...

Last time the site changed we lost our PM's!!! But it sounds like this time its just a migration of the same site/data to a new host, so it should not happen this time #goodluckITteam
