There were 28 new apprenticeships in 2014, but only 4 of them had completed the IP in the same year?

I think he means those 4 started the ip in that year and became an apprentice in that year. The rest of us started the ip in the previous year.
It won't let me have a blank signature ...

Yep...;)

There are too many variables to count them all, so I concentrate on those who joined in 2014...

I'm sure Wescli and/or Adhara could tell us how many actually completed the IP... I could too, but I get tired of counting... :lol:...
