Resigning all offices

I am having some personal issues that are lasting longer and requiring more attention than I anticipated, and I need to resign my offices: Intake Officer, IP Team (assistant lead), and Librarian.

I can wait as long as Nov.15 so replacements can be found as needed, and can help to get the new folk set up a bit, if that's helpful. November 15 is the absolute latest I can continue to serve.
