It is with the greatest pleasure that I announce the following:

That of this date, Angelus has completed the requirements of the completion of his apprenticeship to the satisfaction of myself (as his training master) and the rest of the Council. I therefore declare that he is promoted to the rank of Jedi Knight.

Please join me in congratulating Angelus, one of the longest-serving members of the Temple. A promotion well-deserved and I look forward to seeing his continued journey in the Order. May the Force be with him!

I know that you have been an apprentice for a long time and I am glad that you now get the chance to 'spread your wings' and join the ranks of those Knighted at the Temple.

Congratulations also to GrandMaster Mark. Your dedication to your many apprentices is something that we can all look up to, and I imagine that one of the best things about training someone is seeing them achieve Knighthood.

My warmest congratulations to the both of you!

I remember all those years ago when you joined and it is great to see you reach the level that you are now. Things have been a bit different for yourself but it's great that you've made it all this way!

I look forward to your continued advancement and contributions to our Temple

And yes congratulations to Master Mark for having one of your students complete their work. You must be proud of such a fine student!
