Temple of the Jedi Order on BBC TV

Back in January I travelled to the Cambridge area of the UK to be filmed for the BBC programme Inside Out: East on the topic of Jediism as a new religious movement.

(I don't know if this is available in non-UK countries, but I might try and get a copy of just that section)

The producers were respectful and considerate during the process and I think they've done a good job at accurate representation of what I said - I leave it up to you all to decide if I did a good job at accurately representing Jediism lol!

They did refer to us as "Order of the Jedi" which is a mistake, but oh well

I also said a few thousand Jedi worldwide rather than the narrator's "few hundred".

I mentioned this on the facebook page, but I get a message saying that it cannot be viewed outside of the UK. anyone else having that issue?

Presumably it's because UK residents pay a 'TV licence fee' (yeah, I know it sounds ridiculous) so bit mean to let the rest of the world watch for free what we have to pay for.

the article seemed pretty good...not the kind of article that would sell many papers in the states though...you know how us savages are with news stories :lol:

Looks like the article was edited to say "a few thousands Jedi" - so, somewhat closer. Better than "a few hundreds" of us.

Wish I could watch the video. Good Article though ! Well done.
