MCSH, Licensed Minister, Announcement, 2013 was created by Ben
This is formal notice that Apprentice MCSH has completed the Clerical Training Programme to the satisfaction of myself and the Council and as such he is awarded on this day, 14th April 2013, a License as Minister of the Force. Once he has attained Knighthood, MCSH will be eligible for ordination as a Deacon. Until then, he is granted all the rights and responsibilities bestowed upon the title of Licensed Minister, including the use of the title "Reverend" (Rev.). Congratulations and welcome to the Clergy, brother!
