Stepping Down...

Hello everyone,

Those of you who are eagle eyed will see that I am now no longer a knight.

I have grown a lot in my time here, and have many, many people to whom I must give my thanks for that.
I never took either the Simple Oath or Solemn Vow lightly, and it is with the same seriousness that I have decided to revoke them.

While there are other reasons, mostly I feel that my path has diverged from the one that brought me here, and I wish to follow it and see where it goes, but I do not feel that I can do so as things stand, and I do not wish leave my knightly responsibilities neglected.

So, I have come to the conclusion that in order to stand by my principles and to follow my path I have to step down, though it is only the orange bar I am losing, not the principle of being a knight.

I am not leaving the forum and will continue to help and support anyone and everyone who comes to me needing it.

My priority upon making this decision has been my apprentices, and it is with a heavy heart that I am unable to continue as their training master, but they all know (I hope) that I will always support them and be there for them.

The future is not set in stone and one day I may feel able to retake the oath and carry the mantle of Knight here again, anything is possible.
