Interesting! I was listening to the first one while doing some chatting with a friend and felt my anxiety rise. It was a slow, careful build. I like the music but I had to stop it before I got out of hand LOL. I think this might be a good way for me to work on that part of me. Start it after I get into a meditation and work through why I feel that way. I wonder if it'll help me do that when anxiety comes in other instances.

Well I'm quick to get anxious and sensitive to the emotions that music can trigger anyways and if it's made with one of those techniques to instill discord (such as using a minor key) anxiety is probably the first thing I'd go to. OR that type of music is attached to some sort of memory. The bit I did focus on reminded me of the setup to some really scary part of a movie so that could be it Part of why I want to meditate on it so I can work on understanding the anxiety and find out the why behind it
Now I've listened to similar music as the first one (I haven't had the chance to listen to the others here) while falling asleep and loved it. The tone was higher pitched but that's all I remember, it had the same droning/electronic undertones. I'd have to go back and analyze it to really understand the differences and the why of it.

Ah,
If you knew what my stepdad did to me with horror movies as a little kid
I find them all comical and highly predictable at best...at worst not even worthy of being background noise...
@reliah I liked that one too...closing my eyes gave me the image of standing on a mountain(not a wintery one like in the image) over looking a distant battlefield with a constant breeze blowing...again it felt "familiar" and "comfortable"
