There is alot of truth to that Jestor... wow. umm, well I'm pretty much inspired now. I think this should be moved to a different forum. Infact I think a new forum should be made named "Actually quite inspirational thoughts about Jesus and Christianity (The one true myth)"

By the way what's the funny part of that Jestor?

Is anyone else inspired is is it simply becuase I'm listening to some deep wu-tang lyrics right now?

My brain is certainly cooking because of the last thing he said, "Vanity is you thinking you have it all figured out."

I need to work on my thoughts about it.

As much as sometimes I do rag on Christianity, I do have full respect for those who really follow the path. There is a lot truth that can be found within it. I mean, a lot of it's mythos is very similar to mythos already existing in non-Semitic religions. That is sometimes what I rag about lol, but what is not myth but the constant retelling of stories that changes with time? Many common elements, but, it is a different viable path than that of non-Christian religions.

Oh my goodness...

Well, "Coffee with Jesus" is a comic strip from "Radio Free Babylon", a website, and something I follow on facebook...

I've gone back into their archives and reread most of their CwJ comics...

Somewhere here at TOTJO, I commented on a strip and said, "if Jesus was presented to me like this strip, I might still consider myself a Christian..."

lol...

Its not slapstick humor, granted, but I like the subtle humor too...
