crazy workouts

for anyone that's interested i have the complete P90x+ workout which has videos, an excell worksheet with calculators, workout schedules etc...

i also have the insanity workout which also has videos, a nutrition guide and other useful bits....

both workouts use bodyweight and resistance bands so you don't need alot of equipment, just time and space. the p90x+ is a 90 day workout program, while the insanity is a 60 day program. i recommend using one for a few weeks then before you plateau switch to the other, doing this will keep you progressing instead of hitting that wall that many can't get past.

maybe we can add them both to the training library...just a thought

I have been very interested in the P90x just not been able to afford it. I have a friend that is doing it and he said the first week liked to killed him

because of the videos for them they're both a bit large so i'll need to zip them i was thinking of putting them on a-drive (due to the videos that google docs won't let me upload) i could leave out the videos but some of the exercises would be difficult to figure out without the visual aid. i could provide a link to them (i think)

How big are the videos? I would be interested in learning from them - maybe there's a hosting solution?

the p90x+ is 4.2gb in zipped file
the beachbody insanity is 4.04gb in zipped file

both are too big to upload to a-drive...they may be too big to email as well though i haven't tried that method yet....i got them via torrent file....the hosting idea may be needed...

both are very good workouts, high intensity....

Do you have the torrent details though? To prevent legality issues with posting the details here, perhaps people could PM you? That way the responsibility is their own?

If you shoot me a PM with the info I'll get it and see what I can do about breaking it down and reassembling in Google Docs

It would be easy enough to just say what the exercises are and what order they are in. Or even demonstrate (briefly) the routine on video and post it to youtube. Then you avoid secondary copyright infringement and any other legalities.
