I also like #2, but would be more likely to wear it as a patch or pin than on a polo. Can add it to more things that way.

The design for rank on sleeve is sold out atm, but I have an alert set up to let me know when that would be in stock.
As far as embroidered patches go:

For each rank we need a minimum order of 10 per design The cost is 7.88 per patch.
So i'd need to know who would buy each

I'd more likely set this apart for special ranks like Knight...but that's just me.
What are your thoughts?

I think the rank on the sleeve would allow it to be more prominent than having it on the breast of the shirt. The rank bar could also be bigger.
I also like the idea of the patch, and maybe window decals. Someone I know might get obnoxious with window stickers lol.
