Pushed it to 8 minutes, today, holding the ready stance. After today, it is not unwarranted to speculate that yesterday I did something wrong; I felt the effort through much of the time, today, so I think yesterday I unconsciously rose up to a more comfortable position and thus wasn't hold the stance properly, whereas today I was very conscious of the link between feeling slight relief and rising up, so, consistent, conscious awareness of my form will be critical to my training.
