oof. My training is going ok, so far- just now I managed to hold the ready stance for 3 whole minutes. I'm aiming to hold it for at least 10, but I've got mistakes to correct if I'm going to get there- I didn't stretch at all before doing this today, and I suspect I'd have done better if I was stretching properly. Consistency is also important- these are excercises I should be doing on some kind of regular basis if I'm going to even maintain, nevermind improve. I know what to do, I just need to do it. Next is practicing some actual form work- I've got a good bamboo stick that'll make an excellent stand in for a saber.
