The human potential is amazing.
It is terrible.
There are a many few "ideas" that dwell with a Jedi in 2023
No Force powers or space flight,
just good old fashion Human potential.
In this potential ... there is present, every possibility of outcomes.
Let me take a bit of time to explain if I may.
I have the ability to succeeded in anything I do.
I also have the ability to fail.
HARD
Now, in this huge gap of potential - little ol' me dwells.
What drives the energy and the power of such an idea?
How does such a potential flow and exist?
If it is in the realm of human possibility - it can be done.
I will go out on a limb and say one further, It has been done.
Now, we as humans can be human.
In our own development we can grow, and we can adjust
The three TENETS help us do this very thing.
There is a potential to development that exist.
In it, we dwell as Jedi.
I have the potential to understand my own path this morning in such a way- Star Wars- that I can understand it. I can relate and even grow it or develop it.
We have the representations of LIGHT and Dark in the Jedi world.
Each side is a picture of the unbridled potential that is there.
Each side shows merit on the need for guidance and mentorship.
There is a power out there Jedi if you're not careful that can make you or break you.
You CAN break off more than you can chew.
ANY DAY
At any given time, the human potential can rear its head and strike.
but which way does it sway?
In our path, it is the potentials that make the difference.
It's the choices.
Which ones we pick
What we choose to pick
How, will you defend... the question or ideas move from do I want to do this anymore to - I have decided but today is HOW WILL I DO IT?
THERE is the power.
How will I develop?
Where does my potential lie?
I want to encourage Jedi everywhere; we have this treasure as Jedi but really as human beings.
We have the potential.
This is amazing power in it of itself (edited)
Have you done something someone else has?
Don't sell yourself short.
Have you gotten a free education from a reflection or some cautionary tale?
DO you AID one another with myth and story?
Yea you do.
So do I.
We draw courage from one another.
We can
We draw strength from one another
from this potential
our HOPE
is in the development of one another.
It's in the checking of one another.
Life is in the relationships we keep.
Our "powers" are from being human.
Can you really stop the human compacity?
Never
You will never silence one another.
You will never separate us.
Humans will find a way.
and that's one of the kickers in life.
We are amazing as humans.
I could tell you story's, true stories and accounts of the human potential leaving hope everywhere they do.
People dying and hope still being left behind.
Stubbornness turned to solid gold or a pilar of aid.
One of the things I try to help with is the ability to recognize is a few MORE things in our paths (edited)
The human potential is always there.
ALWAYS
You could wake this morning and potentially have the best or worst day of your life.
It could even be mundane or superfluous.
but there is the fact that if we are humans first, we are subject to it equally.
The human potential
It's an amazing concept and a Jedi one.
Now, here we don't do the light and dark side as SIDES.
We as Jedi understand life is what it is and there are equally potential outcomes on any given day in any given path at any given time.
SO, this Monday, I leave y'all with this-
We are Jedi and human and every Jedi that has come before us and after us will be a part of the Force.
As human, we are a part of the Force.
There is a potential that dwells there.
In YOU every human experience dwells
Those who have come before you, dwell in you.
Those who will come after will as well.
This is an amazing power in reality, to know If you can do something, so can I.
Does that change things?
Knowing If I can so, can you?
Knowing if you can, so can someone else?
Giving that gift of freedom is what we do.
Can you take it as well as grant it to others?
Can you give away the human potential? can you let it go?
I say USE IT
try it out (edited)
What have you got to lose?

We as Jedi, believe in the Force, and in the inherent worth of all life within it.
This one concept will blow you away.
We believe in the idea that we are equal.
We, as humans, are equal.
Now, this is a big concept because it goes against everything our own EGO's tell us.
Our own egos tell us it's all about us.
WE are the main ideas of everything.
One of the best ideas I have ever entertained is that of the " selfless. "
In this idea, we find ourselves as Jedi.
It is human.
As we begin our own journeys, PLEASE notice that some paths just make themselves known.
This one does that as well the Selfless path.
The selfless comes in many forms.
It has many names, and it comes in many variations of flow.
There is a level of selflessness in almost everything we can do.
It is even in our words we use.
It can be.
It takes practice but the truth is eventually you can bet on it with or without practice.
The entire idea is the idea of knowing YOU will be in the way and take some time to give space to that which is needed
Selflessness is not natural.
It must be taught and cultivated, there are no seeds that naturally grow. You must see it in action.
On our own, we do become a level of selfish that can keep us from human development at any time in our life's.
As Jedi - a selfless path can be present.
The idea is to have a balance or an active present idea of things.
Do you as a Jedi have some form of selfless path in your own life?
One of the common themes that happen as a Jedi is the cave, we are reminded exist in our own path.
As Jedi one of those caves is "AM I THE BAD GUY IN THIS STORY?"
The realization of the potential to be the good guy and the bad guy can seem conflicting.
light and dark take getting used to and it is the same as the idea of a selfless path- it takes getting used to.
In every Jedi movie or show, the idea is this- Who are you and what part do you play?
What part will you be playing today, Jedi?
Where on the spectrum of life are you on today?
Have you come to grips with the simple fact that you could be the Sith in your own story?
Have you come to the simple fact that you could be the reluctant hero in your story?
Have you come to the fact that you are the main character in your own story?
It's all about you friend and Jedi.
This is where the conflict often dwells - with the intention of " But is it selfish to give yourself time???
One of the common gates we all pass through as Jedi is - the Anagnorisis of life.
Who plays what part in our paths and to what level are they allowed??
It is my hope that as we begin to answer the most elementary questions to our own path - we do find the answers we seek.
As Jedi - we believe that we and everything else is equal.
Easier said than done.
So, this week, you have the same potential everyone else has.
You do.
You have the potential to rise above anything or fail horribly.
This is the vast potential me and you are bound by our humanity.
If we believe the way we do, we are equal..
You are inherently worth just the same amount as me.
...and that's ok too ...
We are not perfect by any means as Jedi.
adding the name Jedi does not give you special powers or give you a cheat code to anything but it can.
It is my hope we continue to pass understanding.
I hope that the " INHERENT WORTH of ALL" is something you can use and give away freely.
There is a peace to knowing you can't really mess up too much.
I mean you can, but the common goal is understanding.
and I hope we understand the first basic concept of Jedi - ism.
We have inherent worth.
Yes, you do.
No one can take that away no matter what country you live in our what group calls you friend or foe.
No matter what laws are passed or what "great things" your nation does.
You are free.
I am free.
We have a freedom we share.
Give it away.
It's not the way it works but give the equal mark as often as you can.
Equal
Inherently equal
Blow some one's mind today and give them EVERY freedom you have been afforded as Jedi and human.
Yes you can.
I give it to you.
Give it to someone else.
May the Force be with y'all

To those who observe the holidays- happy holidays May the Force and seasons be with you and yours.
Be safe in all your practices, please.
Today I would like us to chat about true change.
True change
or just change.
Change is the only constant thing in life.
There is an old saying,
change is the only constant in life, so expect things to change.
As humans in the ordinary world - we tend to want our USUAL or what we are comfy with.
What is your usual Jedi?
What is your go to?
As humans we love and often thrive on repetition.
As is how we learn.
I would like to take this moment and time to remind Jedi of time management.
Change and time management are key to what we as Jedi and humans do.
In modern psychology, they remind us OFTEN that it is a schedule or a routine that can benefit us into a path we can deal with.
Finding schedules or making them up can be a benefit.
Change comes.
If we are ready for it or not, it comes.
There is a constant "refreshing" or "updating" in the universe that can get annoying.
The upset can come from not being ready or prepared for the understanding needed.
So today, Jedi, I tell you- be prepared when change does happen.
Because most time IT will on ITS time.
As Jedi, we believe in the Force- the things that binds us together - never separates.
Change does bind us.
We as humans are subject to change happening at any time at any level and for any reason.
There is the constant in life we can count on.
How do we prepare or prevent, oddly, one of those consistencies is things will change.
Write it down somehow and even do a lesson or two on the idea of change...
Prepare yourself for change.
Now, we all need more time management.
It is a humans' bread and butter" time."
Sometimes we waist it and sometimes we do not know what to do with it when we have it.
Sometimes, we need reminders that we CAN schedule our own time.
Now, paying attention to where your time and effort goes is always a good thing and will never be a LOST energy.
If anything, you will benefit from almost every moment you take to try to organize yourself.
ANY TIME spent on time management can be considered time management.
Now, there are only so many hours in the day.
24
We do not get more normally - just those.
How many of those do you sleep? How many of those hours are spent sleeping - those hours do not count.
You need rest.
We all do.
So, take time to remember this.
Never forget this.
You must sleep and if you do not, your life will let you know you need more.
Every time
What -after sleep- must you do?
There are - THERE ARE things that must be done.
Active daily living activates can include travel time and commute time- time to brush your teeth and eat and clean- these are things that need to be done that NEED to be done.
These things rarely count for scheduling and every day-to-day scheduling, that happen automatically sometimes too.
There are things that don't count for love either... their presence is always there.
ADL's
You must eat and you must do a few things.
Those can count but normally do not for feeling and relationships.
I love you so I made food today- I love you so I made food for you to eat.
Things like that can count toward time management.
The best thing to do with things like that is call them active daily living activities.
So what is and what is NOT valuable for your time?
THIS is the million-dollar question.
What is worth your time?
Do you know what is worthy of your time?
When you think of time management - think about this- how much is accountable, how much of your time are you accountable for?
Did you know that there are some things in our own paths that are NOT IMPORTANT?
Yea, there are things in my own path that are not as important as I make them.
Its human nature really.
We give value to things.
What have we given priority to or "all our attention" to?
What has all our attention? What has our zeal?
What takes up most of our time?
Time management seems like a daunting task in the beginning
and it is.
It takes courage to take time to set and reset our own limits, moral and ethics.
Take the time to do it.
In doing this - there can be moments of understanding to which areas of our life need time and attention.
Please take the time to find them.
You can find time management skill anywhere and from any one.
SO here we go, ready?
I hope you are.
When you wake, this is your day- start it with a plan and a STOP.
Pause before you wake and connect.
Make a connection with your God, Life, love or path and Force.
Check yourself first.
Make a mental or physical list.
Start the day with a plan.
Organize that plan and yourself.
It can make an incredible difference just starting every day with a plan or time to begin.
as opposed to just taking off and running off.
Start the day on your terms.
You can meditate and or pray here. You read here too if you like. Read anytime but develop your brain, heart, and soul in the morning.
Learn something early, tell no one.
Do it when you "first first" start the day.
Think to yourself, "What needs to get done?"
You pick what's important today.
Choose
your
Destiny
There are some things that are larger than others, divide the tasks you have into larger and smaller tasks.
There can be a sense of overwhelming or too much when we first start.
Just organize your own "needs" what does need to get done and what does not. Only you know Jedi.
Did you know, there are things in the world that DO NOT need to be done this very instant?
Nothing is ever that important.
There are a few things like death, but for the most part, life is not that pressing most time, it is us that does the pressing and releasing.
We get stuck on distractions.
Limit what distracts you.
Do you know your own limits, and do you know what really distracts you?
LIMIT DISTRACTIONS
Check emails and mail and messages but don't do anything with them yet, follow the circle and figure out which is which and which you can TRIAGE and which you can remove all together.
Do you know what can be left for later? (edited)
Know what can be left for later.
Not forgotten but later.
Did you know you can "batch" your time
Find things out that you can do together.
Batch them.
Give them the time they need.
As humans, we like to muti task
If you are worried about time management - limit those ideas, we think we are and must always be "MULTI Tasking."
limit your muti tasking.
Get a calendar.
We live in 2023- we have apps for everything.
Get a calendar.
Write it down or digitally keep track but keep record of you.
Actually, write it down somewhere.
Accountability is key.
Start using it.
Use your scheduling.
Say no to some meetings.
It is ok.
You do not have to have so many - meetings.
It does make us as humans feel important but that's the thing, as you manage your time - notice where the ego dwells as well and where it hurts to adjust, why?
So limit your time by limiting who has the chunks of it.
Release some free time from others, ya?
It can only help.
Now, when life is thick, I am going to tell you JOURNAL.
Write these things down.
Tell yourself it sucks - its hard but why is it - tell yourself what's working and what is not.
LOG IT
Summaries your days and actions.
One of the biggest truths I have found is stated by J.C. like this " The hero often forgets."
Write it down Jedi.
There is only AID in a journal.
Create it.
Mix it up.
Make it.
Look ahead and plan a few things.
With all this advice, you can take time to look ahead and plan.
Do it.
DO IT
plan
then
Then take a break.
Make room to make room.
Know your limits. Know we need breaks.
A Jedi knows their limits.
You can even set them.
You can even delegate a few tasks and "manage" time better by outsourcing.
Have a balance.
The idea is to have an active balance when doing anything.
Yes, you can.
You can charge yourself with any charge or only one charge.
Make it your own.
Start the day with a plan or prayer or meditation or journaling and scheduled moments.
Prioritize your daily tasks.
Know which need you and which do not.
Assign value.
Limit your distractions.
Know what they are.
Check and prioritize messages and communication.
Batch your time together
There are moment that are "like " others.
There are tasks that are similar.
Do them together.
Reduce the multi-tasking.
Write a few down or start.
Pen your schedule so you can see it in reality.
Journal and organize your schedule (s)
See them.
Know, some can be told " no. "
Say no to a few.
Summarize the day and your actions.
Plan better now.
Take the time to know that all the attention and work needs time to relax and unwind as well.
Put rest and breaks and even moments of reminder and recharge in the way- plan them.
Do them.
Recharge and finally learn how to outsource.
Learn to outsource.
That was a solid hour and full.
What a Monday
Our German Shepard got out last night of a heated and calm barn full of food, cops picked him up last night and kept him for us - Boomer is safe and sound but may have gotten sick being in the cold last night.
So, I bid y'all a fond farewell and know if you have need - I am here and willing.
Something to think about this week Jedi and friends.
Time management
May the Force be with y'all

Jedi teaching number one states this : Jedi feel the Force. We are aware of its omnipresence and its flow. We endeavour to live in balance with it as it manifests in all worldly phenomena, the dynamic equilibrium of its flow which transcends space-time from the smallest quark to the greatest expanse of the cosmos. Living in balance with The Force is the core value of a Jedi.
One, I can not tell you what to feel.
I can not tell you exactly what you are feeling today.
It is my hope you are well every time we meet.
There is a secret to life and to being Jedi.
The big secret is that the Force is with us, and we are one with the Force.
There is a balance that can be had with the Force.
IT
can be the focus or the goal.
Our focus matters as does what we think we feel.
Living in balance as a Jedi "LOOKS" different and that's today's subject.
Today is titled "YOUR 100 percent. "
Please please please please understand- it is understanding we want to share, and I want to share.
There is an understanding about what your effort looks like.
Everything you "try" or actually do... is your "100 percent."
Regardless of what we think, our initial efforts are- when we act - we act in our "100 percent."
Our try is on.
It is either off or on.
Life is often very binary or very dualistic in its "One and zero " type of idea.
So in this life of yes and no, go or stay or do or do not, there is a " ON " flow that allows things to flow.
When we say "yes" to the Force - it begins to flow.
It flows either way with or without us.
The point is it - the Force - has a flow of things.
In the flow, you are either in or you are not.
If you are, then you are.
If you are not, then well, you know you are not.
It's the intention and action that makes a difference.
I want to share this with every Jedi in the world and I will one day-
Your try- there is no try but when you act, the actions are the effort.
The actions are the efforts.
They are never the same.
No one person acts directly like anyone else. We can not.
There's a magic about the Jedi in which we will never be cookie cutter people, never, it's a fear but it's a silly one.
Your efforts are off and on
As is life.
You are one or the other.
The duality of life is always present.
So, in our action of meditation or thought ...
we are doing it.
Doing it.
In our actions- in our strive, we find our 100 percent.
It turns on by itself if we allow it. It has its own flow.
or not- it happens all just the same some days and I am grateful for that as well.
Your actions will be different than mine.
How you meditate will be not be the same as me.
We may have the same goals and similar practices, but according to your path and mine- we each have our own paths of "proof" and "efforts."
Each person displays what is inside very differently.
Each of us describes what is inside us as a vessel and as human.
We are given this treasure and gift in this pot or container or vessel we call our body's.
Our pots our vessels our "shells" contain the crude matter we all share as well as the wins losses and new discoveries.
Our bodies are different, yes, but our goals and what we strive for can be the same.
The way we get there will not.
SO today, I leave you with this meditation- each of us has a calling or an idea we want to find.
In our pursuit of development and growth- we all have some effort to do so, it is in the effort we find ourselves today and it is in the thick of things of where life dwells.
Your ways - may not be my ways.
You do not pray or sacrifice to the same Gods or deities as I. You do not know them lik eI do nor do I know yours as you do.
Till you meet them, you may never know them.
Till I meet yours, I may never know them.
Your "100 percent" will be different from mine and everyone else's.
Your actions to move towards the Force will - in the beginning - seem so impossible - that at the beginning - it seems inaccessible.
The Force is accessible, as is redemption, forgiveness and hope.
It is all ready for you to find but it is not going to be like my story or way or path- it can not be.
You will not find the things I did during meditation and contemplation.
Your brain and my brain may never synchronize in action and flow.
Your path and my path may never sync.
Your ways and my ways may never sync but we strive for each of us to develop in a way that we can both learn and grow.
In that strive- on the path of self-reflection, there are many. I am never the only one as you are never the only one.
At the same time, do not count anyone else's efforts as yours.
Do not grade or even try to understand "WHY" others do things- let them.
Let others do them.
DO YOU
There is a freedom in knowing that you can develop yourself any way you see fit.
You have the right to read as you like and think in terms you can understand.
Your efforts to the Force can not be like mine.
I hope there is an understanding about what our efforts look like as Jedi - they can never be a photo - copy of anything- they work best personal.
It is that level of personal flow that we all have understanding. Each flow is as equally valuable as the next is where change is at.
Let others flow.
As you flow.
Study the Force- as others study it.
Be present - as others are.
Be like me but NOT directly like me.
Be like Luke but not directly like Luke.
Be what you are but also understand that we all are doing the exact same thing.
ALL OF US
Your efforts matter.
How you do it matters.
How you react maters.
What you say matters. When you say it matters.
Where you get your myth and stories from matter,
What you share, matters.
Please note, it will not be the same as everyone else.
You will not find peace in the same places I did.
You will not find Order in your own chaos verbatim as I did.
I had to make order and choose it.
Which order will you choose?
Which flow will you use?
what books and shows will you read?
What ideas and authors do you keep?
Your Jedi way will be not mine but that's the goal.
Make it yours and don't think for a second, we will be the same.
Count on our definitions and action to be different.
Count on them.
Ever count on someone to bring the solution but not in a normal manner - Jedi are full stock of this.
The more Jedi I speak with every day, the more I understand the flow of those around me.
It helps.
It helps to understand that each of our efforts are - as Jedi - subject to all our passions fears and availability
The Jedi way differs in this way. '
It gives you the space you personally need some days.
So, this week, know that your efforts and my efforts- are one.
They are equal if ...if- IF you choose to focus on the Fore and make an attempt to "try" it is your try that is the same as mine.
It is your try that is the same as mine, it is not cookie cutter nor is it the same, but it is very similar.
Please note that your efforts are allowed and needed in everything you do- your presence is needed as Jedi and as humans.
Listen - I am a Jedi too and I know there is no try you do, or you do not-
It is the action of trying that is really the action not the try.
So, it's off or on.
You either are doing something or you are not.
In the are it is the efforts that we match in
It's in the do- we find each other.
Each of our "do's" or actions may sync in a few ways but never be MY "100 percent."
Nor will I ever try to be like you and act like I am in your situation, I am not.
What I can tell you today is this - know your efforts are equally as powerful and terrible and opportunistic as mine in that - we are equal.
I hope you find yourself in a place today of inherently worth and equally valued Jedi.
You are.
You as Jedi are worth the efforts every day.
You are worth getting up one hour before everyone here on the ranch and taking time to share.
Your efforts will not be the same as mine, do not try to be like me.
Do not try to be like Carlos- you will fail.
Be Jedi.
In your action of this- your "100 percent" shines like mine.
Focus on the path more than the steps of one another and it may change your perspective in life and as a Jedi.
Your "100 percent" and my "100 percent" are the same, yet they are entirely subject to us directly.
We develop the same way.
We are human first.
It is in the humanity of life we find treasures and gifts.
I hope removing a false upset at why " yours is not like mine " dissipates into something more creative.
Something ... MORE.
It is possible and it does happen.
So, this week, know that each of our efforts are equally valued when it comes to understanding and development.
Get lost in the flow of the present and get rid of a few things that can keep you from developing into that which you seek.
Get rid of the "competition" of one another in our paths, it does not work the same as Jedi.
There is truly no contest when you think about these things as such...........
There is no contest.
So, I leave you with this - this week Jedi - there is no contest.
Live as such.
See if that does not throw a wrench in things.
See if that does not change a flow or two to a point you can tell.
Try or do I know there aint no try but give it a shot.
Your effort and my efforts are what the world needs.
The world needs the Jedi now, more than ever. May the Force be with y'all this week.
I am here or on site if you have any need or with to sing dance fart or complain or invite me to a party... I am down.
May the Force be with y'all,

Good day and good time zone Jedi and May the Force be with you wherever you are at today.
Good morning to those who are here and to those who will be here later
For those who will be here "later later" there will be a Block post for Monday Morning Meditations.
For those tuning in LIVE here we go
Feel free to ask or add questions or comments as we go along.
today I want to touch a bit on the new teachings.
Number two to be exactly.
There is an understanding we can have and share.
Some days, I cannot lie, I wake up and share nothing with the world.
Some days, I wake and don't want to share anything.
In the morning is one of the most important times to think
Before you do anything, think about it.
Take the time to plan if you can.
As humans, we cannot plan for everything and it would be a huge bag or backpack -suitcase - if we took everything, we ever needed all the time. (edited)
I think there are even a few Training Masters here in the Temple of the Jedi Order who share a lesson or two on the "Jedi Utility Belt" or the resources we can take with us.
In the morning - think- I promise you and almost swear to you- if we as humans begin our days like this- with thought- things change. We notice more and can be better prepared.
The idea is to find the balance we need.
"To be in balance, the Jedi practice clarity of mind."
What brings clarity to your mind? Humans tend to have 3 parts of them, mind, body, soul-
Is your mind clear?
How about in the mornings?
My brain starts when the sun comes up and my eyes are open.
Let me share a few of the worries I wake with just for fun.
Who's getting which feed this morning? Did anyone die last night (as far as birds and farm status)? Someone has to wash dishes, (The island has a stack of dishes from a family of 5- pots included). It's cold so, the heaters need to be checked on and I can't seem to find the coffee every morning (in spite of it always being in the same place every morning). We just did laundry so there are half piles ready to be stowed. The cat keeps tearing up the toilet paper to shreds, I think she thinks it's fun. I have to reach out to a few people today and to a few places and I think I have enough feed for the week. Where is my morning book that I read?
There is an entire slew of things that are running in my mind right now.
I wake up an hour before everyone so I can do Monday morning meditations.
Now, If I did not have much of an understanding about my own responsibilities and order, I would be lost in the sauce, every day
What helps me as a Jedi and as a human is to start the day, I'm meditation. To start - in meditation
Meditation actually helps and aids me to clear my mind
I have a few different ways I meditate too;
Some mornings it's way too cold to go outside for a morning walk
Some days I haven't read anything for 2-3 days.
There are times I do just wake up and hit the floor running
Life happens
with or without our consent some days
It is wise to take the time to think
It is wise to take the time to prepare for the day
It is wise to prepare
It is recommended that you remember you can center yourself
You can center yourself
You can practice having a clear mind
For me, in the mornings IS NOT the time I have a clear mind
but that's where I work on it
I do this
I set time aside to study even when I don't want to or think I don't have the time
I have to make the time, or it will not get done some days.
To be in balance
What do you need to aid you in your balance Jedi?
How can you balance what you see as representations of the world that can cloud our understanding?
It sounds much more manageable when you type it out like that or say it out loud?
How do you balance what you - see hear touch smell and do?
Who is in charge of what you do?
Who is in charge of what you smell?
Who is in charge of what you see?
Who is in charge of what you hear?
Who is in charge of what you taste?
Who is in charge of what you touch?
When you ask like that, the answer is most obviously - you. (edited)
Where does your balance lay with these? These are just our senses. The basic ones too. (edited)
Thats not even including emotions.
Where do you center yourself
Where do you find your balance
Balance can be a daily thing
A clear mind is one of the hardest things to manage
Some people call it a type of mind that is restless or as a monkey- the Monkey Mind
Our representations or our idea of the world drive our focus some days.
Our perspectives can often overlap in good ways and in conflicting ways as well.
We can share perspectives as easily as we can create strife with them.
I want to encourage every Jedi- Keep meditation and good old fashion thinking as a way to balance out our everyday
Jedi Teaching 2 follows Teaching 1 in thought: To be in balance, the Jedi practice clarity of mind. Aware that representations of the world can cloud our understanding, the Jedi center their awareness through the practice of meditation and contemplation.
Be aware Jedi.
Be aware that we can strive for a clear mind.
We can have a balance.
Modern Psychology always reminds you to create in your own path schedules and moments or "time" to think and to pay attention.
We as Jedi say reflect (edited)
You have the ability.
To be in balance is to sometimes know you are off kilt.
Take the time to think
before you do anything
pray
think
sing
read
Do nothing
do what you
but do it Jedi
Begin a new everyday
Create a present balance with everything anew.
funny thing balance, it's always present and its always best fresh - like PIE
Yes I said it - our balance can be like pie
We can make it as easily or break it easily or, share it just as easily if we have it
We can also keep it to our self and not share, that's always an option too
So today, I ask you Jedi everywhere, are you working on your balance? What's your center like Jedi? Where is it? Do you take time to STOP before you act, or can you begin to see where that time is important? What's up with your mornings and your beginnings Jedi? Have you chosen them yet? (edited)
Please please please
try as Jedi to start with thinking and meditation.
To be in balance, the Jedi practice clarity of mind. Aware that representations of the world can cloud our understanding, the Jedi center their awareness through the practice of meditation and contemplation.
Practice clarity of mind
We can have clarity of mind.
It can come automatically if we practice but we MUST practice, some people will receive it instantly, Its never instant and its never just because. There are always reasons for things happening in life. If you prepare, you will be aware. (edited)
Be prepared Jedi.
Be prepared for life and for your day and for your week (edited)
This week's Monday Morning Meditation is Jedi Teaching number 2
Share it with everybody.
give it away like candy
It is the exact opposite of the old pirate saying, "Take what you can, give nothing back."
Keep to the code
but it is the same idea " keep to the code" is like saying remember your "philosophy and doctrine. "
I had an old local boxing coach yell at me from his office all the time "Re- MEMBA yo' CENTA!" Remember your center.
Remember your center Jedi.
Remember, you are the one who can choose what where and how we return.
It matters.
It matters.
It matters.
I said it three time just for emphasis.
So May the Force be with y'all this week, and may you find that which you seek Jedi.
Pastor Carlos
I am here and on site if you have any need or concern or wish to challenge me to a 1on1 in some basketball hoops- first one to 5 wins.
Just joking, I would pull something the first few seconds we play!
So, this week- remember teaching 2.
pass it along if you like and May the Force be with y'all wherever y'all are.

Jedi teaching number 3 comes from one and two: 3- Jedi maintain a clarity of awareness that all events are interconnected. The balance of the Force is a flowing continuum; it flows around us and through us, allowing us to adapt to change arising in its eternal cycles of creation and renewal.
Hello Jedi, everywhere.
Today's Monday morning Meditation is simply this: There is a flow all to "ITS" self.
The balance of the Force is a flowing continuum.
a coherent whole characterized as a collection, sequence, or progression of values or elements varying by minute degrees.
One idea is that the Force and we are made of many parts.
There are so many levels - presently.
One of the ideas and books Joseph Campbell is know for is the ever popular " The Hero with a thousand faces."
If you ever watch a Star Wars - you will notice one of the very beginning elements is the review or the showing of all the "Masks" in the movie or screenplay- they flash very quickly and are different colors for a reason.
This is a homage to this very idea.
In the Star Wars, it is in everything.
Why?
Why does this one element of development keep reoccurring?
All events are interconnected.
Our beginning as Jedi can be this very idea that as the main character or the Hero can be on any ANY part of this development in their own and in someone else's life.
At any given time, someone is beginning a new journey as someone is finishing one as someone is IN IT as someone is getting out of the proverbial IT.
There is a VASTNESS to life we can never fully control
We are connected by something much greater than those things we are connected to.
We as Jedi call it the Force.
If it connects us- it's the Force - if it separates- it is connected BY the Force
It's pretty easy when you use an idea like this, in this way.
The North Star stay constant to us by its inconsistency.
The North Star or Polaris is not a single thing. Did you know this? Well, now you do, and it is in the glow of a few heavily lights that we get ONE light.
We still sail with Polaris.
To understand the Force is to understand what it does- what it doesn't do and how others see it and use it. In that entire ball of answers, yea, our own ideas are just a small part of what IS..
This is the potential of life and of the human and of the Force.
The Force flows though us - how?
Where in our own life does this Force flow?
By our actions and intent
There is where we find the Force at times - behind our intent.
it is our intent that makes the "flavor" or the modes of what we do.
"...adapt to change arising in its eternal cycles of creation and renewal."
ADAPT Jedi adapt.
Change is constant.
The present is unknown.
Till you apply the present, even then, some will not know your intentions.
If I may go out on a limb here and say ...Our intention as Jedi can be the awareness that we ARE connected.
This in itself, changes lifes - I have seen it firsthand.
The more we are aware - things change.
So, this is a reminder this week Jedi everywhere: We are connected.
We are connected to one another.
We are NOT all on the same path presently.
Some of us share focus and understanding.
It is in this flow of things that we seek that which we call the Force.
Here we find each other.
Be aware of the Force's flow of things.
It is there.
Remember that things renew.
Things restart as does journeys we take in life.
Old ways turn into new ways and old friends make way for new ones. It is the flow of change that keeps a Jedi fresh.
In the journey of life, we develop, or we grow stag. It is up to us as Jedi where we get our doctrine and philosophies.
Be very careful where you get your myth and who your yoked with.
Your actions matter to the world and your actions matter to those you are in contact with every day.
I still have friends that are bad for me in my own path - I have not gotten rid of all of them. Some of the people in my own path were part of my own culture and life so sometimes making new friends was a task bigger than I could handle.
Start Jedi.
Start something.
You do not have to start perfect, just start.
Start noticing we are connected.
Write it down and see where the Force actually dwells or if you dwell with it.
Check yourself.
AID one another but check yourself often.
Today is the only flow that's fresh - What was yesterday is no longer today?
Today is fresh from the oven.
Please know that as Pastor, I want to encourage Jedi to remember these things. Write them in your Mind - heart- soul or on your wall - paper or screen.
Our memories are amazing.
There is a magic in remembering we are connected
It can change the way you view others.
It can change the way you view the world.
The balance we aim for is "present. "
It is there for the taking.
Receive and seek understanding.
Try to understand why awareness changes things and how it can.
Know that as soon as you grasp the present moment - it's gone and what is in its place is what can be filled with everything current.
This still blows my mind.
"Jedi maintain a clarity of awareness that all events are interconnected. The balance of the Force is a flowing continuum; it flows around us and through us, allowing us to adapt to change arising in its eternal cycles of creation and renewal. "
Any questions?
Please know that as life happens - so does our path. They are attached as we are attached as I am attached to everything IN the Force. This is my choice, and it happens with or without me.
Life can happen with or without you.
You can be reluctant to most everything in life.
You can.
There is a flow that breaks dams in our stagnated paths.
It is remembering we are not the only ones in this world.
We are not.
and...
We are all connected.
To understand this is to understand a bit more in life and I am ok with that as well.
This is a basic in the Jedi way.
We, as Jedi believe In the Force, and in the inherent worth of all life within it.
This in itself changes everything.
The idea that we are equal.
That we are subject to the Force equally
That we are all human first then whatever else next.
It is in the human factor and the human possibility that we find todays gift of the Force.
I think of it as a gift to understand the Force in this way.
It can create a glow all on its own and it does.
So, I leave those present and those who will be with this, know there's a difference and know that we are the same. In knowing this, your world will change. Knowing we draw from the same fountain but different cups or vessels is an age old idea.
You thought being a Jedi and the Jedi way was new?
Nope
Nothing we as Jedi do is special or exclusive by handshake or permission only - nope - wrong again!!!
Everything that is possible is available.
This is the human potential.
We can do just as good = bad or we can do just the same as someone else who has done it.
If it is in the realm of human possibility, it can be done.
You can be more aware.
You can live - study and teach that there is a inherent worth for all.
May the Force be with every Jedi.
Thank you, Pastor Carlos

I wish we were LIVE and you could have a cup of tea or coffee or even a cold soda today.
Today is a fairly simple idea and yet complex.
There is an idea we share with the world.
Every idea we have here on site as Jedi- everything we do or seek or strive for, is not anything new.
If anything, what we do is old.
To give one another the "equal" mark as inherent worth is not a movie thing or even a thing of fantasy.
What we do here is develop the human.
There is something Jedi share with the world and those around us.
We live in the ordinary world.
We do.
We do not live in the cinema world.
We do not live in the land of make-believe.
What we have are a set of ideas or ethos we hope for.
One of these ideas is the teaching that we - as humans- attach "US" to everything.
It is human nature to want to be in EVERYTHING.
To want to be a part.
As humans, we often attach to things we frequent.
Nonattachment is not the passive or apathetic quality.
Nonattachment is practiced by everyone.
There is quite possibly, equally, if not more ways to unplug or unattached to things than you think.
But why is it an order of importance?
As life happens, there is an ebb and a flow to things.
The Force has its own ebb and flow of things.
Things happen in life, expect them to happen.
Expect things to break down or things to need replacement or even expect change.
It is in this flow of change or in flow that is important to know.
Things will move and change and grow and be torn down or fall apart or just readjust one way or another.
By knowing all this, things change often, we remind one another to practice not to attach to too much.
I remind others that things will change.
Often
and they do
it's the grip or the attachment to things that gets us.
Funny thing- nonattachment does not require you to go into a cave or find an island to disappear to.
This is our secret- you don't need a cave.
to practice nonattachment, I thought you had to cut yourself off of everything and go cold turkey when it comes to noncatchment.
Now, I remind others that life is full.
Don't get stuck.
We as humans often get stuck on things.
If you are anything like me, and we are inherently equal so, you are- I often forget.
One of the best things I want to pass to one another as Jedi is the idea and the reminder " The Hero often forgets."
It is in this idea that we can forget our ways and paths.
Even in the seek of development, we can become too attached to things.
We can become dependent on one-to-many things and our attention can be lost
Here are a few ways others practice nonattachment.
For those who fall under the Abrahamic faith- you pray- early in the morning
There are many people who "give their cares" to their deity or their chosen place. Some people lay burdens down in different ways.
It is the burden of the worry and stress that can cause us to lose focus or even joy - bliss and direction.
Our own worry can ware things out or even tear them down.
Where does that worry, and stress go as Jedi?
It goes into our circles of attachment.
Too much is too much and too much can create strife and worry and harm
"Far from being a detached state, nonattachment is something that arises when we are truly present and not caught up in the automatic process of fixating on things being better or worse than what they are at any given moment. Nonattachment is aligned with psychological maturity and insight into the ever-changing nature of experience and the futility of trying to control it." Richard Whitehead Ph.D.
We are reminded as Jedi that these things exist, and we all are subject to them.
Practice nonattachment.
Recognize or identify your own attachments.
Some attachments are needed and some are natural and some keep us in a state that can be harmful.
" Only you know what can be harmful and only you know the level at which you operate."
1 - Identify for yourself where your attention and ZEAL goes - who has your saber Jedi and what draws it out?
Complete tasks
Find things you can do and complete
Make a habit of closing up the loop or tie things up or finishing things and completing them.
3 - have a set or a way or practicing moderation
Oh, I know - the "M" word !
Have a level of which you agree with, and you can grow with.
Know the limits at which you operate.
4- Remember - allow your feeling and your emotion to exist and know what they are as often as you can identify them
It is no fair to do anything blindly.
Blindly doing anything is dangerous.
even LOVE
especially love, look what it did for Anakin
This is the idea.
We do not want others or us, to be controlled or LORD 'ed over by these type of things.
Jedi are amazing.
The warning - heed- and decree is this - be careful and know what you are getting into. Concentrate and think and know where and what you are Jedi.
Know your limits and know that in life we can take time for the important things.
We can think everything is important.
It can be.
and the focus of this very thing can become a obsession as quickly as it can be found
So, Jedi everywhere, be careful who and what you attach yourself to.
Know where your myth comes from.
Know what you seek.
Take the time to know.
" Jedi practise non-attachment, maintaining an awareness that the cycles of creativity and renewal in the Force give rise to phenomena as others pass away. "
There is a flow of life and of the Force, but it does not belong to us.
Knowing this, that we can attach and unplug at any given time can change the things we hold tight and too tight.
Pay attention to where and what and who -we yoke up with.
It matters.
Jedi matter and so does your path
It matters to the world and to the circles you influence by your very presence.
It is the circles we interact with or the people we frequent that are our own circles of life.
So, this week Jedi, practice nonattachment some way shape or form but be careful to not get to attached - even to the method of observation.
I will be here on Discord for those who need, and I will be on site.
May the Force be with you

"Jedi feel the Force. We are aware of its omnipresence and its flow. We endeavor to live in balance with it as it manifests in all worldly phenomena, the dynamic equilibrium of its flow which transcends space-time from the smallest quark to the greatest expanse of the cosmos. Living in balance with The Force is the core value of a Jedi."
Good morning and happy week Jedi everywhere -We, as Jedi, Believe: In the Force, and in the inherent worth of all life within it.
Jedi teaching one states this ...
The Force binds us.
If it binds us, it is of the Force.
If it separates, it is bound by the Force.
One of the ideas we have a Jedi is balance and the Force.
I offer these three questions as meditation for today.
What does your life revolve around? What and where are the actual "cotter pins" of life for you in your own path? What keeps it together?
That's the first question, I do know it has a few parts, but the idea is; where does your life revolve around in actuality? Where are the hubs and centers of your path?
Second question is this, is the Force anywhere near those sections or crossroads?
Does the Force flow or are we aware of it. Does the Force have a place in this flow? The second question is this, do the hubs of life cross and what we believe - cross?
Are we aware of the Flow of the Force? Can we see it in our own paths?
Where?
The last question is this - Do we want what we seek and find?
Question number one- Where does your balance focus on? Where does your life revolve around? Where is that center idea?
Second question- Do the connections or crossroads of what we believe, cross?
Does what we believe in the Force and where we connect to life the same?
Do they coincide?
Are they the same?
The last question is this - What is a core value of your own?
Do you know your own core values?
"Jedi feel the Force. We are aware of its omnipresence and its flow. We endeavor to live in balance with it as it manifests in all worldly phenomena, the dynamic equilibrium of its flow which transcends space-time from the smallest quark to the greatest expanse of the cosmos. Living in balance with The Force is the core value of a Jedi."
This is Jedi teaching number one.
If you like, take some time to think about these things. Three easy questions for you to think about.

Good morning and good day Jedi - today's three questions are for Jedi teaching 2.
Teaching two reminds us as Jedi to maintain a clear mind.
I am reminded by my own mentor and mentors that a clear mind is not one that is empty or has nothing in it.
A clear mind is not an empty one.
The idea is not to impede perception.
SO - as you read or listen to these teachings - here are three questions to ask yourself as you spend this designated time - if you like.
Questions one is simple enough but needs a truthful answer to be effective.
Question one: How do I reach a clear state of mind?
Questions two: Does perception change our state of mind?
Questions three: How do I clear my mind?
The reminder to practice clarity of mind is present but at the same time, please understand what it is.
It is often said that a clear mind is best and that the opposite is a stressed - packed- full mind with no way to operate.
The idea this week Jedi is to remind you, as you live and study, our minds can get full.
We fill them.
What do we fill our own minds with Jedi?
A clear mind can be a mind ready.
There are things that keep us in a state of confusion and disarray.
If our minds are like paintbrushes when it comes to a clear mind, then lean and present means you're ready for today or what is at hand. Thats all.
The ability to concentrate or give time for things is one that is worth its weight in gold.
Our teaching reminds us of our goals.
One of those common goals is to find a healthy - better - balance.
Meditate
Think
Designate time to do it.
Become a part of what exist today.
We often- as humans- dwell in the past or the future, rarely in the moment that exist now.
One of the best balances I have found is that of the present.
If you need some encouragement- be present as often as you can.
This idea comes with the teaching.
Find your center.
Build it, by giving it attention.
To dwell in the present is to build now.
To fear the future or the past can leave us in a state we don't want to be in.
It can create doubt and even undo much.
We know this.
So, this week - think about it of you like.
3 questions to think about if you like as you remember the Teaching we share.
* Question one: How do I reach a clear state of mind?
* Questions two: Does perception change our state of mind?
* Questions three: How do I clear my mind?
If we reflect, do we recognize our own current state of mind?
What's it at Jedi? May the Force be with you. I am available here all day for those who have need or wish to chat.
If you have any comments or concerns or wish to chat about today's teaching - feel free here

Teaching number four- Jedi practice non-attachment, maintaining an awareness that the cycles of creativity and renewal in the Force give rise to phenomena as others pass away.
I have three questions to ask in meditation or in thought.
I will ask like this- What is nonattachment?
What are we attaching ourselves to?
Once we find our own attachments, can we live without them?
As humans, we have this practice of thinking about things in the future or in the past.
It is one practice I have had to learn to "UN LEARN."
There are days I become so in a mode of preparation, I no longer live in the moment or the present.
There is a level of "On guard" that can become the offensive or even the aggressor.
.
Some of the things that can keep us from development or even the present moment is that of worry and fear.
Worry and fear are what we as Jedi are all subject to.
It is this state, which, we remind others does not have to exist.
As Jedi, we are given the idea - be aware of your attachments and even further is to practice selflessness and non-attachment.
If we look around us, we will see plants, trees and animals. There is very little care or attention to future or worry like that of the human.
There is fear and worry present, but I will tell you this, not like we do it.
There is a state that can keep you almost, hopeless.
I read this the other day and I hope it helps to relay the message. "Our attachments and our disease with the present moment are so ubiquitous, that almost all self-focused thinking involves wanting things to be better, or worrying about things that have happened or will happen. Rarely are they focused on the appreciation of the present moment." Richard Whitehead Ph.D.
Enter into the present.
There are benefits.
What can you do with a perspective shift in your life about suffering and worry and fear? What does a life look like without it or less attached?
There will always be fear and worry.
Anxiety can come from the past or the future.
It can be ... heightened by our attention and perspectives.
The inner voice we often have is fear or worry.
The biggest and most influential idea given to me is this, anxiety can be overcome.
By understanding who we are and how our brain actually works, I hope we can create a better and bigger understanding of things and our world around us.
The present moment is important and fleeting.
The benefits of non-attachment are literally less stress and more communication. More understanding but a different type of understanding.
Are you ready for it?
Is there a different perspective than that of our own? Can it help or harm us?
Feel free to think about these things and then... as they say - let it go.
There are some days I get frustrated with non-attachment.
Recently- chatting with my own mentor I told him - find things is like, just catch the concepts then release them.
Return to a place you can let go.
This is my recommendation,
As a Jedi - I personally have times to unplug.
I have to some days.
Consuming media and the "vibe" of things has created a direction I no longer return to.
There can be things we return to and things we no longer return to.
It is my hope we frequent less things like worry, fret and fear. They are Jedi slayers.
Practice nonattachment.
Find someone who practices it.
Could you identify it if it was right in front of you?
So here are a few ideas this week if you like from our Jedi teachings.
The Force binds.
If it does not bind, it is bound by the Force.
Practice nonattachment
Find those who do.
When attached, that's when we see or notice the "sick" or the area of our path that needs attention or- non attention.
I leave you with this old saying...
Acknowledge your feelings and attachments then, let them go.
Let it go
May the Force be with you,

Jedi teaching Number Five says this." Jedi comprehend that we are beings of thought, feeling, and will, who flourish within the Force through self-aware action and lifelong learning. "
Good morning, Jedi everywhere.
Today is Start of the New year!
Happy holidays and May the Force be with you all, wherever you may be.
Today's teaching is Teaching number 5.
Good day Jedi.
Jedi teaching 5
There are 3 parts to it if you like to think about it as such.
Now, as a human we have parts.
When I say parts, I mean we are beings of thought, feeling and will.
So, my encouragement today is this...
Do you know your own thoughts and where they come from? Do you know how humans think and why? Do you know how you do it?
Have you ever over-thought something?
Do you know your own feelings, and which are which? Have you taken time to take a course or a study on the development of your own feelings? Have you had the time you need with them? Do you understand them?
Do you understand your will and the will of other humans? Where does the will come from? Where does your will come from?
These 3 ideas are not small.
We as humans are thought, feelings and will.
It can take some time to understand these ideas and even more time to get to a place of balance.
Knowing who we are and what we are can help.
We are humans.
Jedi are humans.
This human thing is the tightest and most connection we have with one another. We are bound by this one thing. We are inherently equal.
We are human.
By this, we are more than just one part.
Do remember this Jedi, in the week to come. We are parts. We are complex. We need time to understand even ourselves.
Take some time to understand this.
You will be more aware and flourish in the Force.
What could you do if you were more aware of things?
Would anyone ever think or ask for more understanding? I hope so.
I hope THIS is one of our collective goals as Jedi.
I hope you want to understand more in life and in your own circles of life.
Jedi teaching 5 does this very thing.
Jedi teaching Number Five says this." Jedi comprehend that we are beings of thought, feeling, and will, who flourish within the Force through self-aware action and lifelong learning. "
We are beings of thought.
We are beings of feelings.
We are beings of will.
Train yourself to understand more.
The balance we have is where our attention goes sometimes.
Edification is not easy.
It takes work and effort but mostly understanding.
We can focus on most anything we like.
Start this year with YOU and knowing what needs attention.
May the Force be with you.

A reading of Jedi teaching 6 is available in the Discord room Pastors room.
Jedi teaching number 6 states: The Jedi practise humility. Jedi know that we are processes in The Force and exist within its cycles of creativity and renewal. The more we practise humility, the more open we become to insights of wisdom which come to us through our feeling of the Force.
Good day Jedi- one of the things we as Jedi share is the idea that we can return to ideas like humility.
Humility is often called the" Vanishing Virtue. "
So today- this morning- the vanishing virtue is here!
As Jedi, there can be a spirit about us.
When we reflect or meditate, we can often fall into the pit of the ego or the selfish if we are not carful.
The joke, " Look at what I did " or " look what I can do ..." comes into mind.
But it is perfectly natural to want the attention for things.
It is human.
So, we are reminded that this exists.
In short, as Jedi, we are reminded to practice humility.
As Jedi, do Jedi get haughty and prideful??
Yup.
This one does.
If we are not careful, the ego can get the best of us Jedi any old day.
It is amazing the things we do and share here.
In that, we can tend to get a bit too much or a bit too far out there with our own " at-a- boys" or our own achievements.
There are healthy ways to express achievements and even zeal.
Zeal is a real thing.
It can often be leading in our own development as humans.
So, Jedi are reminded to have humility.
There is a renewal and a refreshing flow or ebb that exist in things like this.
Bt it's not common.
To be present, can be a goal every Jedi has.
To even understand humility- it helps to be present.
Some say humility is about you, not yourself.
C s Lewis said humility isnt thinking less of yourself, its thinking of yourself, less.
Modern psychology reminds us that this particular virtue is one that's not easy but is very healthy for us.
Humility is the quality of being humble, which means being free from pride or arrogance.
It entails not taking our desires, successes, or failings too seriously.
In this, we find what we seek.
I leave you with these 3 questions.
How do I develop myself without thinking of myself?
Do you put your interest above others?
How do I develop this trait?
How does one do this? How do we become humble without being haughty?
This is the idea that within this cycle or this flow... dwells the secret.
In our strive, we can locate.
It is good that we make the effort.
It is good we reflect.
Some days, my own meditations take me to places I already am. The best place they can take me is the present moment.
NOW is the moment that matters.
It is the "now" that is the idea and the game changer.
Where do I stand, now or today?
Want a fresh perspective on things and on life?
Practice humility.
That means find out what it is by doing it.
Seek out those who know about it and are willing to share.
This is where mentors come in to play and this is where we...ask others.
Making the ever famous " humble pie" is the one thing I know I can never truly make but only be with.
It is the most frustrating thing, but you can never BE HUMBLE - it must be free flowing and untouched by humans most time.
If it has intentions, it's not humbled or humility.
So, we ask that you let the balance and the flow...exist.
Know it's there.
We are processes in the Force.
We are the containers of what's inside.
We simply describe the same thing differently.
It is our perspective that often creates the motion of our zeal.
If we practice a few things...
We can get the hang of things.
Jedi are smart.
There are no two ways about it.
Yet, we tend to know this.
Jedi feel the Force yet, we tend to know this.
There is a statement from the movies I do like to keep around....
Yoda states and reminds others " Too sure of themselves..."
"Even the older, more experienced ones."
This is not far from the truth or reality.
As we get older, we do more. We find out more. We as Jedi validate our paths and our information.
In this flow and ebb...
We can get a bit full of our own self's.
Be careful Jedi.
Know that this happens.
The opposite of humility is often... pride.
The opposite spectrum of humility is taking all the credit for everything.
The more we practice ideas like this, the more we can understand more.
There is so much more out there than just being selfish.
We can find the wisdom we seek in the virtues we develop.
Being "open" is a secret to humility.
So, being closed is the common default.
Open yourself to humility.
Open yourself to the Force.
The more we practice, the more we notice, then the more aware we are.
How do Jedi do this? Be open to the Force?
The Force exist within its cycles of creativity and renewal.
It has a flow all in itself.
The Force has a return of its own.
We enter into it.
We remember it.
We become aware of it.
To the Force and to knowledge.
The more we are aware of, the better we can have understanding.
It is the understanding we seek.
It is hard to understand that you tell Jedi - go and seek and find that which you look for and then tell them to be humble about it.
It does work.
Reminders and teaching are here to AID us in our Jedi path.
Seek out humility.
It is a Jedi's defense against, well, themselves.
Jedi teaching 6 : The Jedi practise humility. Jedi know that we are processes in The Force and exist within its cycles of creativity and renewal. The more we practise humility, the more open we become to insights of wisdom which come to us through our feeling of the Force.
The Force is amazing, always.
The Force is terrible, amazing yet, terrible in ways we cannot understand.
The potential is this...
If it is in the realm of human possibility, it can be done.
This means we can become as Icarus and fly too high or too low at any given moment.
There is a balance that exist you cannot create.
I can not
We can only live in it,
or dwell in the moment
To be present, is a gift.
it is a gift we can develop.
and we can remind others that they can be present as well.
Want more bang for your buck this year or need a reminder to get back to it?
Jedi practice humility
Practice it. Find those who are examples.
By doing this, you enter into the present moment and the present flow or ebb of the Force.
Become a part of the Ebb and Flow of the Force and remove the "Carlos" from the equation or the "you" from it.
Practice
Thats all we really ask and remind others.
Practice by NOT practicing.
Sounds counterproductive but for this vanishing virtue, it's not.
Understand we have our own thought, feelings, and will...
we can release those and become one with what is present.
The Force is always present.
Be present and you will find it.
Be humble and you will find it.
Try too hard and you will lose it - that easy.
So, wow, today this week-
Practice humility.
Find those who do and sit in that circle for bit.
See what you can pick up.
Thank you to and for those who are live.
Thank you for sharing a Monday morning with me.

The Jedi foster an acceptance of limitations. To change the world is to change our perceptions of and perspectives towards it. Indeed, we are capable of amazing acts, especially when we rely on the flow of the Force. Yet, as incarnated, organic beings we must understand that the power is that of the Force, without which we are mere matter.
(83) How to motivate yourself to change your behavior | Tali Sharot | TEDxCambridge - YouTube
*Here is a short video which does not belong to us so all rights and such are reserved for those who own it and it can expire at any time. Do remember this is not our video, not our rules nor our platform.*
Good day and morning Jedi everywhere.
May the Force be with you, wherever you may be today.
Today's meditation is on Jedi teaching number seven.
Today's three questions are as follows ...
* Do you embrace change?
* Do you compare yourself to others?
* Do you hold a grudge?
We as Jedi are human and live in the ordinary world.
To change the world, we change our perceptions and perspectives.
There is only one thing we can change as humans. Perception is what we make of the world based on our experience.
And perspective is how we look at the world after reflecting on our perception.
So, the perception of your reality controls your perspective. A person’s perceptions are their own and may or may not be accurate, but that doesn’t matter because it influences their perspective.
There is a "magic" or an ebb and flow to things.
How we see things matters.
How do you see things friends and Jedi?
It is my hope that today, you see the limits but also the abilities and possibilities.
Our perspective is as a small fire.
It can be used to pilot many fires and many ideas.
It can be used to create or destroy.
Things can be used to build up or tear down.
In our reflections, we ask, how does our perception and/or perspectives change; how do we gain control of them? Do we ever gain control of our perspective?
"The process of perspective taking may be the most crucial communication process to an organization’s success." A Center for Effective Organizations study by Richard J. Boland Jr. Psychology Today
HOW - we see things matters.
It changes everything.
So today and every day, know your limits.
Understand them.
Have a fresh perspective.
That is the only thing you can change.
But do be careful how you do it.
Changing perspectives, changes everything.
We are able to do this. People do it all the time.
It is my hope that as you continue to study and learn, you find that which you seek. If it is the Force you seek, I hope you realize or understand that it is "Indeed, we are capable of amazing acts, especially when we rely on the flow of the Force. Yet, as incarnated, organic beings we must understand that the power is that of the Force, without which we are mere matter."
Indeed, we are capable of amazing acts.
As Jedi, we try to give it back or understand that there is a flow about things we have no control over. There is a connection that binds us ever closer than ever could ever claim to.
So, I ask these three questions for reflection.
What is your perception change?
What is your perspective about yourself?
What is your perspective on those who you deem "deserving?" (When holding a grudge)
Where do these ideas come from and how do they shape you as a Jedi?
We are amazing. Jedi still amaze me.
I am here all day for questions or comments.

"The Jedi practise patience. All creation and renewal in the flow of the Force, all the wonder and terror of its processes, arise and dissolve in eternity – the present moment, the now. With the practice of acceptance and patience, Jedi have the tenacity to attend with curiosity to the phenomena in our experience which proceed one from another, ad infinitum."
Jedi practice patience.
The now is amazing.
The now is almost "terrible" in some ways.
The way life moves is large and vast.
Life has a way of happening without our consent.
But this is part of life, its vastness and its huge possibility.
Life is amazing.
Worry, will get you.
Fear, will get you.
They can and they will. Life has no regard for whether you are Jedi or not.
We do not get a special pass during life. Jedi live in the ordinary world.
Now, I would love to teach every Jedi I know, about patience.
It's one of those things you cannot teach but is best if you experience it. Patience only comes from practicing it, when it is needed. Be ready to use it, when its time. To practice patience, it must be ready to be given away or used.
How to be more patient:
Here are a few ways that you can practice patience.
Listen more.
Improve your listening skills. Repeat what was said in conformation during your communication.
I cannot tell you how many times I have practiced this. It tends to bring new light or new attention to things that can matter at the current moment. Knowing what is recent and acknowledging it, can help to identify things, much more.
Listen more, talk less.
We tend to notice our impatience when we are the one doing ALL the talking or the ego takes over.
It happens.
There are things you cannot change in life. Accept them as that.
Not everything in life can be changed or needs to change. Take some time to realize which is which. Ask.
This is where it helps to have mentors and Training Masters.
Find people you trust and can confirm things with. Some things you will not be able to change.
I cannot change who my parents are, nor can I change where I was born and what was available to me at the time of my birth.
What I can change is where I go to get my aid, or guidance.
Here are a few things you cannot change.
-Not everyone will be pleased with you
-The past
-Our mortality
-The weather
These things are run by, well, not me.
I have no say in these types of things, most time. No one really does.
Accept them.
I know I used to get "bent out of shape" during reflection when I came to a time when I thought everyone just ignored me and left me on my own. Some of the things you find in reflection can be upsetting.
I often tell others; there are things like location and availability that we cannot control, until we can.
There will come a time when you can change these things.
Practice mindfulness.
Live in the present moment as often and as frequently as you can.
Life has a tendency to create worry about the future or the past.
We, as humans, can often think - what about tomorrow or yesterday and we are no longer in the present moment. I am just as human as you are.
Choose to pick what you add to yourself.
Choose your books and your study. Make a point to pay attention to what goes into your mind, body and spirit.
Be mindful of you.
Slow down.
Jedi, I will tell you this, I have a tendency to want to rush things.
I may be the only one.
I want to encourage you as Jedi to slow down.
We practice patience and that takes time and time to practice it. That takes being in moments when its needed. Give or use what you know.
Make it a point to try it.
Slow down some days. Not in everything but do know what and where you could benefit from this reminder.
Now, we get to the meat and potatoes.
What makes you impatient? Do you know where your limits are, and your triggers?
Call it ugly if you like but when does impatience rear its ugly head in your path and story? Does it LORD over you or control you to a point you know it needs attention?
Do you know what pushes your buttons? Do you know when you run out of grace?
Where is that location of your " wits end?"
Know it exists.
As we read and try to understand each teaching, I do hope this one "sings" to our inside.
"With the practice of acceptance and patience, Jedi have the tenacity to attend with curiosity..."
Let it flow and let some things go.
I have to work at patience.
I am not a naturally patient person but THAT is how I was initially brought up. It was not till later in life I understood the value of patience in a different way.
I am naturally a reactive person, ready and willing to say, "Put me in coach, I am ready now," but I have found that some days and most days I get and experience much more from being patient.
I can share it too.
Seek thee out those who ARE patient.
How do we learn patience from someone who never has time or is rarely patient in real life? It does make it impossible at times.
And, to top it off, we cannot teach something we do not know ourselves.
With patience, it is kind of obvious, huh?
Learn from those who have it.
I promise you, those who display and nurture these types of ideas will give them away in an instant.
They always tend to say yes and make the time.
So today, this Monday ....
Practice patience.
Here are three questions for reflection about it, if you like or choose.
Am I a patient person?
Do I live in the NOW?
Do I practice patience?
For reflection you can add the "How" to those as well.
Keep a journal.
Use your journal to write things like this down.
It can be digital or old school.
There is a power and a presence in writing things down.
Practice / get in it.
My grandmother used to sing me this song:
"Have patience, have patience, don't be in such a hurry. When you get impatient, you only start to worry. Remember, remember, that Gods are patient too... and think of all the times when others had to wait for you."
May the Force be with you all.

Good morning and good day Jedi everywhere.
May the Force be with you where ever you may be.
Thank you for taking time to do this.
Waking and studying is not easy.
Waking and listening or paying attention isn't my forte either.
I normally have to take notes.
Today's subject is -
Integrity
The symbolism we often use as Jedi is that of the Knight.
The Jedi Knight.
The Knight is the symbol.
This symbol in itself stands for integrity.
The Knight stands for a given charge.
As Jedi, we are reminded we can be bringers of love and pardon.
We are bringers of faith and hope.
We are keepers of light and joy.
Our Creed as Jedi
The Creed
I am a Jedi, an instrument of peace;
Where there is hatred I shall bring love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.
I am a Jedi.
I shall never seek so much to be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love;
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
The Force is with me always, for I am a Jedi.
Creed adopted from the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi, author unknown, 1915.
This brings me to today's point - Integrity.
Without integrity, what brand of peace, love, pardon, hope, light and joy are we brining?
Integrity is everything for a Knight.
Any Knight really.
What do you stand for and will you fail in your charge?
This is a ... key...
Integrity is what gives things their gas or their fuel.
If you lack it, well, no one trust you.
Can a Knight be untrustworthy?
yup
I can be untrustworthy to a point you will no longer want to connect with me.
It is safe to say that the opposite of integrity or the lack of it brings doubt.
Doubt is a killer.
If you like, what do you doubt in your path? Who do you doubt? Do others doubt your word? Are you trustworthy or do you have integrity?
For a Knight, to be trustworthy is a common goal.
A Knight in any Order really is the symbol of the flow of the Order and its goals.
Can you be counted on?
As a Jedi?
One of the things I want to remind all Jedi is to FOSTER the awareness of how we are connected.
Think and give time to our connections.
So, this Monday, here are 3 questions for reflection if you like.
* What type of integrity do I have as a Jedi?
* Do I maintain the actual connection of life or some make believe idea?
* Do I understand my limitations of my own integrity?
I hope that each time we meet, we grow.
It is my hope that we as Jedi grow as Jedi
Yoked together in our strive.
We as Jedi, have reminders.
The Jedi maintain integrity, our individuated wholeness. We practise to foster the awareness of our interconnection with all other phenomena, thus ensuring authenticity in our interactions with others and our capacity to accept our limitations and those in interaction with us.
There are unauthentic interactions as well.
To know which is why we remind one another of our shared goals.
Be Jedi
Practice
Do or do not, there is no try
Life is like this.
Know and accept the limitations each of us have.
When no one is around, be Jedi
When no one is aware, maintain your integrity
Be trustworthy.
So many times, in my own path, things change when others with integrity show up.
It is like a light.
This light we all speak of is sometimes the integrity we represent.
It can be our devotion and our sacrifice and understanding.
What exactly are you shinning when you "shine your light?"
So today, one a MONDAY - shine integrity or polish it up.
Find it or give it away but let it be what it is.
Have it
Know its limitations.
Know your own limitations.
Know how those make your ebb and flow of life. Be aware.
What and where do "we" go when no one is around? Are we trustworthy?
This is a idea that can carve anyone into anything.
As Jedi, maintain our individual wholeness.
Find it or seek it out. Ask about it. Find a mentor. Find a friend.
Integrity comes in many forms.
It is in every culture and religion and every practice, it is what binds us at times.
As Jedi, it is our integrity that binds us. This is not the only thing. (edited)
Get lost in the sauce.
The idea is to get lost in life and in the integrity we have as Jedi. Find the connections and what binds us. Foster these things and see if things do not change.
Share the connections. It is in the connections of life that life exist.
No one person is connected more than everyone else.
Thank you for allowing us to share this time.
"The Jedi maintain integrity, our individuated wholeness. We practise to foster the awareness of our interconnection with all other phenomena, thus ensuring authenticity in our interactions with others and our capacity to accept our limitations and those in interaction with us. "

May the Force be with you where ever you are at.
Today is Jedi teaching number ten.
https://www.templeofthejediorder.org/index.php/doctrine
"The first and foremost service a Jedi performs is devotion to our learning. Only by curating our individuated, authentic, whole being-ness, can we serve in more collaborative ways, participating in the creative, renewing flow of the Force. With our devotion to the discipline of universal compassion in the Force, we embody the source of love and harmony we bring into the world. "
Our learning or our study is todays. subject.
There is a dedication and awareness to this. There is an understanding of what we do here.
Jedi teaching 5 reminds us as Jedi - "Jedi comprehend that we are beings of thought, feeling, and will, who flourish within the Force through self-aware action and lifelong learning. "
We, as Jedi, cultivate our thought, feeling and will.
This type of development is real.
This is much more than space cowboys and cinema.
One key understanding is that we can pay attention to how we grow.
I emphasized the word the how.
Here are three basic ideas.
* It is important what you learn.
* It is important where your myth comes from.
*It matters if you are complete or whole inside or not.
I want to hit briefly on these three reminders.
It is important what you learn. It truly is. There are so many roads to walk in life.
The paradox of choice is that there are so many availabilities and avenues, it can seem daunting.
This is where a mentor can help.
Mentors matter.
The metaphor of the mind is as to a garden comes to mind.
Gardens need attention and tending.
So to, our mind can benefit from discipline and scheduling.
Find the need or that which is missing.
I you are in need of a plumber, never call an electrician.
This simple yet funny reminder also applies to our development.
Take some time to know what is what.
It matters where your myth comes from.
I can not express how much this is true.
If anything, Jedi validate myth. I have seen you do it. Have you ever had that little thought inside, " I know where that's from."
Knowing which myths and stories are which, aids any being in development.
Do you know which stories or myths aid? How?
It matters which story you tell.
And furthermore, it matters why you share certain ones as well.
Our intention is what can mold things as well. It does.
There are ideas for edification and stories for fun.
Some stories are for profit only.
Please know the difference.
It matters.
Your whole-ness matters
YOU MATTER
Everything about you matters.
You are inherently as equal as me.
We have parts as humans- our mind body and spirit or our thought, feeling and will.
These can take a balance.
These can be balanced.
This is the reminder.
Pay attention to you and what you are learning.
Reflect
Reflection matters.
On the road to reflection, we find one another. We also find our own being.
Work on you. Work on your own development.
Stay true to your training and leaning.
Turn your "seek" light on. Pay attention to who is around you and what is around you.
The world is full. With or without our aid, the world gets full.
Jedi teaching 10 reminds us -The first and foremost service a Jedi performs is devotion to our learning. Only by curating our individuated, authentic, whole being-ness, can we serve in more collaborative ways, participating in the creative, renewing flow of the Force. With our devotion to the discipline of universal compassion in the Force, we embody the source of love and harmony we bring into the world.
It matters what you learn.
Your being matters.
Where you get your myth, matters.
It is my hope you take these three ideas with you this week.
It is Monday so if anyone has need or would like, I am here.
I will post this for those who will join later.
Any questions?
Jedi comprehend that we are beings of thought, feeling, and will, who flourish within the Force through self-aware action and lifelong learning.
Cultivate those.
May the Force be with you Jedi,

I do hope your week will go well.
Today's meditation is on teaching number 11:
"The Jedi practise living in universal compassion, understanding the phenomena of our environment. We cultivate a particular sensitivity to when feelings of fear, anger, hatred, and aggression germinate within us. These emotions are among our limitations as incarnated, organic beings. We bring to these feelings hope, pardon, and love in equal measure to bring us back into balance with the movement of the Force."
We live in the ordinary world.
Universal compassion can be tricky.
As Jedi, we believe in the Force, and in the inherent worth of all life within it.
Inherent comes from "not us."
It is a worth that is equal around the ordinary world.
You cannot do anything for it. It is yours to receive freely.
There is a liberty to being Jedi.
One of the liberties a Jedi can take is the ability to treat others with inherent compassion.
Not just others but everything connected.
The huge "phenomena" some days is that we are all connected in so many ways.
Our relationships and connections are how we are attached to the ordinary world.
Now, as Jedi, we think we got it covered but the truth is we need all the practice we can get as well.
How?
How are we connected?
There is a reaction to things we begin with. We learn it in the beginning of our lives, and it moves with us till we realize its presence.
Do you know when you get upset, angry, aggressive or afraid?
These are moments to consider.
Furthermore, there are even more ways to react than just "automatically."
"These emotions are among our limitations as incarnated, organic beings."
We all have these feelings of fear, hatred, aggression and anger.
We bring .......
as the Creed states ...
Hope
Pardon
Love
We are reminded as Jedi to be bringers of these things. To be seekers and keepers of these.
Use them to combat anger.
Use them to combat fear.
Use them to combat aggression.
Use them to combat hate.
One of the solutions to these common states of mind is to be aware they happen.
As Jedi, our perspectives are different by the things we understand.
If we can understand that we all develop the same way, then we can begin to understand how we are all connected.
Now, what happens when you are a "bringer" of such things?
What happens if you are a keeper of such things?
This teaching reminds us " in equal measure."
There is an idea out there that everything looks like the head of a nail to those who hold the hammer.
That which we focus on can determine our reality.
There is a universal idea in which; if we stare all day at the proverbial "bad," it will beget itself.
In the ordinary world, things beget themselves.
In essence, " your vibe attracts your tribe" is a good way of thinking that what you focus on, makes up your reality.
In equal measure can mean that there is equal potential in some other direction or perspective.
Where there is hatred, bring love.
Equally, there is love as there is hate.
Equally, there are list of things happening that are what we consider good and bad and not even sided.
Today can be the greatest day of my life or the worst or, just a normal day. This is the potential of life. At any given moment we can reach any potential.
When finding out these things, common development happens.
Compassion fatigue is real, and you can burn out on caring for others and even serving them.
Salt can turn useless or preserve anything depending on how it is used.
How our perspective lies some days, flavor our world.
The sun will come up today. How will you react today?
Understand your environment.
Take the time to understand your own environment.
Connect with it
Realize, we as humans, have these things in us.
We hate and get angry and upset and set off by things as well. Do you think Jedi have some grand calmness that just AUTOMATICALLY shows up? You must work for results most time. (edited)
This is cultivation.
So, it is my hope that as you have this week - start it off with something to think about.
Bring it!
Bring it Jedi.
Bring love, pardon and hope to the party next time fear, anger, hatred and aggression show up.
Pull the "big guns" out.
Do something different.
Add the Force and change the results, every time.
May the Force be with you,

I do hope you and those who tune in are well.
What ever the time is you get to join in , May the Force be with you
Today is Teaching 12
https://www.templeofthejediorder.org/index.php/doctrine
You can find all of them here.
Now, teaching 12 hails from our Creed.
Our Jedi Creed states this ...
This is the beginning part of it: I am a Jedi, an instrument of peace.
Where there is hatred I shall bring love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.
I am a Jedi.
In our Creed are these ideas
We are Jedi.
Unconditional love and compassion are our banner.
and not just a blind wholesale version either.
Our Teaching here, invite us to give just enough to sway the change. (edited)
This is a very odd and different things to teach.
Can you give or create or bring enough to "sway or tip the scales?"
Our environment can adjust.
it can change
it can even flow to its own tune.
Times are tough right now.
There is no denying the truth that in 2024- people are uneasy and off center.
I myself get thrown off often by life itself.
As Jedi, we are reminded of the difference that can be had.
"Where imbalance arises, we bring only so much love, pardon, faith, hope, clarity, and joy as is necessary to restore the dynamic equilibrium in our phenomenal environment."
" We bring only so much ..."
There is a measure that is needed sometimes to be reminded.
In life, the need to be reminded often happens.
There is a old Josph Campbell saying in which " The hero often forgets."
This is true.
We forget often we can be the love and not just the love that is needed but the right amount of it too.
So, here are my Monday Morning Mediation questions for today if you like...
How much Love is necessary?
How much "Pardon" do you have on you or in you?
How much faith and what quality of it do you bring or have?
Where does you hope lie?
Where do you get clarity from? Where do you keep it?
Where are your "Joys?"
Reflect on such things and you may find out much more about yourself and about your own life.
Being a Jedi is not just a cinema thing.
It is much more.
This is the ordinary world. We live in it. As such, we are prone to all the good bads and what ever flows our way.
Some will tell and teach you just give until you understand or just give a measure blindly...
I recommend you understand what you're giving and keeping.
Mind your thought, feeling, and will, as we are all beings of these three. (Jedi teaching 5) (edited)
Is our thought, feelings and will a part of the Force or do we force it?
So this Monday we are reminded that we as Jedi can have a central focus. We all do. We all care. It all glows in us pretty much the same.
It can become fatigued by what we see around us or by what happens.
Our "light" or what we glow or shine can become dim. (edited)
I do
I no longer live in the "hood," yet my family is still there.
I no longer live in a state of constant terror and fear...
But someone does.
It is ok to care. We all care. Jedi care.
Please please please please please undertand this - we all care.
In our care, in our share of care, we will find a few pitfalls.
We can care to much.
Today's reminder is to give enough to sway the outcome. Give enough of a reminder that things go the way they would.
We do not always have to " do it all" that's not the point.
As a Jedi - I often think it's all up to me. The whole thing, all the world's problems are on my shoulders and that could not be furthest from the truth.
"Bring only so much."
Want to be different and make a difference- just bring enough. Just a measure. Keep just enough and you will have enough to share.
There are some who just give out like a river or a cloud of rain, just pour it out! What I am recommending is you just give it out in smaller amounts and more concentrated.
Give a bit more by giving less.
So, today, start the week off with the idea of just enough to sway the outcome. Keep just enough to give away. Try that.
May the Force be with you this week, wherever you may be. Any questions? (edited)
Comments concerns invitations to parties' bar mitzvah's skating rink invitations anything like that please feel free to send them!
Good habits can be made just like bad ones.
Masks can be shed.
No truer is the mask of compassion. It matters HOW we care as well and how much.
Jedi matter.
It does matter.
Our actions matter.
May the Force be with you all, Pastor Carlos

May the Force be with you were ever you may hail from today.
Today's Monday morning meditations is a good one.
"The Jedi cultivate empathy with others. Maintaining a keen sensitivity to when the feelings of fear, anger, hatred, and aggression move within us, we empathically and compassionately comprehend how these feelings also arise in others. Those whom we perceive as adversaries also share these limitations. With this understanding, we respond to imbalance so as to return harmony to the flow of interactions."
Empathy
The ability to understand and share with each other.
We as Jedi cultivate empathy.
There are a few ways to do this, so this morning, I would like to share a few.
Life has a way of dwelling in the attachments or the connections we have.
Are you a listener?
Do you understand everything everyone is going through?
The reality is no one ever understands everyone and everything.
Understanding this is to understand that there is always something we can be missing as far as our connections or how we connect to one another. We do not and can not see everything.
Being present can help. With empathy, it is wise to stay in the present moment.
Repeating what is stated or said helps to be present.
Keep the facts or the story straight.
Marcia Reynolds Psy.D. recommends that we remember to "Manage your filters. We naturally hear what fits our assumptions and beliefs. We tune out what contradicts our views. Let yourself be surprised by how they define a situation. Look for new details and angles in their story you didn’t expect to hear."
There is a magic and a path often not taken when we "Manage our filters." Give other people the liberty they need.
Give others the opportunity to have the light as well so to speak.
Give the space needed. Give the time needed.
Do not commiserate or take sides too quickly.
Listen more rather than fill the air with a " yes man" ideas.
Remember, as Jedi, we are not out with the intention to change the world all the time.
The idea to develop a good sense of empathy can be had.
We can practice our version of it.
So, what does your listening look like? How do you listen?
When do you listen?
Do you take into account that we are not the only ones alive and going through what we are?
What do you do to develop your empathy?
I recommend to all Jedi, read your Jedi teaching as often as you can.
Listen more today than talk or give. There are some days we could listen more than act.
Knowing which, can be up to us.
We, all as Jedi and as people, have this road of development we are on.
We meet on the road of reflection often.
Listen to the story of others.
Take a listening class, oh yea, they have them.
I took a listening class. I took one on how to interview my family for "Family interviews."
Everyone has a story.
This is a small, yet huge understanding that gets me sometimes. I forget as well.
At any given time, we as people and Jedi, are in some stage of development.
But we are beings of thought, feeling and will.
So is everyone else.
So too are our circles of connection and influence.
Take some time to reflect on how much you care or what level you care at.
It matters.
If it matters to you, it may matter to someone else.
So today, as we meditate on Doctrine, remember this ...
"The Jedi cultivate empathy with others. Maintaining a keen sensitivity to when the feelings of fear, anger, hatred, and aggression move within us, we empathically and compassionately comprehend how these feelings also arise in others. Those whom we perceive as adversaries also share these limitations. With this understanding, we respond to imbalance so as to return harmony to the flow of interactions. "
Any questions?

Today is Monday and that means we can start this week off together.
This Monday is Jedi teaching number 14.
PAIN
Good morning, Jedi everywhere.
There is a feeling we get that we all share.
We all experience it in some way shape or form.
No one is excluded from this.
In our studies and in our development, we begin to notice patters that happen.
If you think hard enough or notice, life is full of patterns.
Cycles
seasons
It is in these seasons we find the Force.
So this teaching is a reminder of when One of the patterns we can notice is in US. How much do we give away? How far do we go to AID one another?
We are reminded that life is tumultuous.
Tumultuous
This is a idea that can mean a noticeable or even alert able.
We can notice.
but what are we noticing, truly?
We seek balance.
We strive for it.
and we want to help each other as well.
but here is the thing...
Why help?
As humans who are growing and developing, we want others to join in on this road we are on. It is common.
That want to aid or that drive to defend everyone and everything.
but that's the thing, that's the point. That ZEAL or drive can be easily exhausted.
What is love can turn in just a blink of an eye.
As Jedi, as human, we tend to want to help everyone all the time.
There is a level we can reach called compassion fatigue.
It is a stress response to what is exhaustion or an empty emotional tank.
If left undealt with, it can build up like a leaning tower poorly crafted and set and fall.
So how do we help one another without helping one another? Is that the case ... "I want to help but I don't want to get TOO involved."
There is a active balance that we can have.
There is an active balance in anything we can have.
but this one, the ability to AID one another is one of those that we can over do
You can care too much or even try too hard.
"The clarity of understanding we cultivate permits us to know how and when to offer help to those in need and gives us the courage to do so. "
Some days our presence can say more than our words.
So, this morning, know your limits in a way that you can know how much you can give.
I know people who give so much of themselves it can become troublesome.
Knowing how and when to act is the aim some days of development.
Develop your skills with one another.
Balance is not easy in life and nor is being able to help others find their own.
We have limitations.
Jedi have limitations.
We even have limitations on how much we can aid till it becomes overbearing.
There is a point where the protagonist can become the antagonist.
Within our limits
I hope this week, this Monday, you can take this away with you, Within our limits.
Return balance within our limits.
Life is full.
It can be full of many things.
Jedi Teaching 14 " The Jedi seek to return balance to that which has become tumultuous. Pain is one of the few real things we have access to, and as such, we are dedicated to alleviating it insomuch as is within our limitations. The clarity of understanding we cultivate permits us to know how and when to offer help to those in need and gives us the courage to do so. "
It is up to you how and who you AID.
So, here are three different questions to help this week.
Can you notice when things are in need? Is your "give-a-dam" busted or does it run out?
Do you give everything to anyone who asks?
How do you recharge your compassion for one another when it's out?
I will be here all day on Discord for those who have need.
Any questions?
Apprentice WrenPhoenix — Today at 6:24 AM
How do we recognize when we have given too much?
(Master) Pastor Carlos — Today at 6:24 AM
That is a good question.
Apprentice WrenPhoenix — Today at 6:24 AM
Especially if we are conditioned to give it our all.
(Master) Pastor Carlos — Today at 6:24 AM
What is too much?
Where did you learn to give your all?
These are questions you can ask yourself and find out.
There is an idea out there that goes like this, too much is too much.
As a Jedi, think. We are beings of thought, feeling and will.
We will find the answers there, in our thoughts, in our feelings and in our will.
Any condition we have we can unconditional.
We can unlearn that which we have learned.
Some days, the reminder is to unlearn a few things.
Where does it come from... to give blindly and to want to just give till you cannot anymore? Is that wise?
It is wise to know and act on your limitations.
@Apprentice WrenPhoenix Do you ever find yourself EMPTY from caring so much? When you give till too much?
This doesn't mean you do not care or want to care.
never
It means you have limits.
It means you can only make so many meals for others before you get hungry yourself.
It can mean that you as well, need that time and effort for your own path.
(Master) Pastor Carlos — Today at 6:33 AM
Each of us has "tells. "
Each of us has signs.
Some of us understand these signs.
I begin to get grouchy when I am running out of grace.
My kindness runs out.
Thats how I know it's too much, it begins to convert to taxes... it begins to TAKE more than give.
There is a balance you can understand if you try.
It would seem that the world can be called a mess.
The state of the world can be said is in bad shape.
But at the same time, it can be said that there is hope.
Where does this hope come from?
It is our hope we understand more
Exhaustion is one of the tells everyone faces
The feeling like you are being "controlled " is a key observation too.
It changes color or tone or feeling.
You can also give too much when you reached that "numb" feeling as well.
Too much is when we get the withdraws or the " I no longer want to hang" outs happen.
Too much is when it can become mechanical.
Too much is when "their" needs come first.
Too much is when you don't want to be alone or fear being alone.
Too much is when you don't feel like yourself anymore.
Too much is you always want to please.
Too much is full of negative vibes.
too much is being ignored.
Too much is dreading saying NO.
Too much is when your self-esteem is affected.
Too much is when your life is overfilled with drama
Too much is when you don't have time for yourself.
Being Jedi is not for the meek
There are ways to notice what is going on inside.
Reflection is key.
This Monday - Reflect
I am available all day on this platform.
May the Force be with you all, wherever you may be.
