Congratulations!

I hereby renounce my clerical oaths and obligations, and ask that all clerical rank be rescinded from me immediately.

I, as many others, have low tolerance for bench-warmer ministers who retain clerical rank when they are not engaged in clerical practice. I will certainly not become one myself.

My time in the clergy is done, my thanks to the brothers and sisters who made it possible.

I respect your choice and appreciate your example, though I will be sad to see you leave. You contribution has been profound and we will benefit from your work long after you have left our CLergy.

Sorry to hear that brother, we need more people like you around here. It is a fact that the clergy need a restructuring and this is a topic that needs to be raised for next year. Thank you for your good work TZB

A week on, I'm still shown as a Priest.

I'd really appreciate it if this could be rectified, particularly given my resignation has been acknowledged by two Councillors in this thread.
