I think if you on the pacific side of time, 8pm would be the service...
I am still learning to understand UTC.
I could be wrong on that time...

I got to work at that time.
Another service I have to miss.

I'm really bad with remembering time so what I do is take a look at the clock at the VERY top of the page and see how many hours left until the service...

or if (as usual) I'm feeling math inept, I use something like this: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html
