Caiden's Cancer

So, its been a while since I have updated anyone on Caidens progress. He has had one major surgery and several rounds of chemo; and, the doctors say that he is doing exceptionally well. Which of course brings a lot of relief to his father Craig. Craig keeps me posted on all the goings on of his son's cancer and I am glad that everything is going so well.

I can only imagine how traumatic, painful and hard it is to watch your child go through what Craig has seen Caiden go through. Being a father, this strikes home and reminds me to be grateful for the things we all have that really matter.

Caiden has one more surgery to go through and another couple rounds of chemo, but he is expected to beat this and make a full recovery. I want to thank everyone for your thoughts, prayers and keeping young Caiden in your hearts.

May the Force be with you, always.

So I just heard that his surgery went really well. They say they got all the cancer and that little Caiden is expected to make a full recovery.

I know his Father is ecited and grateful.

Thank you all for your prayers, good energies and positve thoughts.

I love you all, and...
May the Force be with you.

All life is precious, but the life of a child is 10 fold. In a time when there is rarely good news with cancer, I am so happy for Caiden and his family. May the Force keep him safe and guide his recovery.

I just wanted everyone to know that little Caiden is doing remarkably well. He only has a few more sessions left and he shouldn't have to go back to the hospital any more.

Little Caiden had surgery yesterday to remove the last few cancers in his lungs. The chemo reduced them in size by 94% but they had to be removed via opperation. He seems to have done well through the surgery and has a tube in his chest to bleed off the fluids that develope around his lungs while they heal.

His Father is a nervous wreck (To be expected) so please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. With any luck, this will be the last that Caiden or his father has to go through.

May the Force be with them...

i'm always amazed at how well kids handle these things...they never seem to let it get them down or keep them down, sometimes adults could learn from children...
