Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.I can feel energy flowing into the crystal as long as it's needed, then the flow stops.

It seems I asked the question, responded to a few replies, then disappeared when I thought the topic was played out, lol.

While I would reword the original question slightly as it appears somewhat abrasive to me now, I've really enjoyed reading the responses. (Sadly, it was only yesterday that I stumbled around clicking buttons on my profile when I saw how to find old topics I started).
