Ok, I'll bite, what's wrong?
I use chrome Monday through Friday, I've had no issues...
Why is the top pink? Is that what you are talking about?

I guess he means he can't login ? maybe it's cache settings? a web proxy from your ISP? Chrome works for me...

Like ren said, your cache probably needs cleaned out. It could also be an extension getting in the way.

Could be something interfering with cookies... Not sure. I find it strange this error cn be replicated accross multiple machines. Are they configured the same way? (part of an enterprise network or something?)

I have the same problem with my computer at work (runs on Vista though). I thought it was a problem with Chrome at first but then I tried Explorer 9 and Firefox and ended up with the same result. Any other computer I use is fine, so it's got to be something to do with internet settings or like Ren say's, something interfering with the cookies. I can't for the life of me figure out what it is that's different.
If I figure it out I'll let you know, but I've been trying for a week so I wouldn't hold your breath!

Then I think it's definitely down to some kind of "protection" on your network. firewal, antivirus, cookie monster, could be anything....
