Changes to Login and User Dashboard

We are testing a change on the front page where Community Builder will start taking over the user dashboard and activity feed instead of EasySocial. EasySocial has been giving us some compatibility issues after the upgrade, so this is part of making the site more stable going forward.

There is nothing like a good walk. I do all my best thinking while striding out. It's almost like we were designed for it. 2 miles every day before work. (Would like more but work and family restrict). Keep it up!

Small steps..is good advice, I shoild probably take myself. As I was reading your posts I was feeling as though I was writting them myself...need for a change, feeling as though there is something missing. Thank you for putting it into words and giving me the inspiration to do instead of wish. Good luck with your journey. Please keep us posted.

NO walk today but work ahead and being a beauty therapist, no doubt my bosses have booked in several massages, which will give me a good work out too.

NO work tomorrow so will have a good think about what I shall task myself with....

So the first day of training was okay.
The programme starts with 25 minute work out if you can call it that.

We had 5 minutes walk to warm up. 1 minute run (mine was a slow jog). 1.5 minute walk and then at the end another 5 minute walk too cool down.

It may sound like lite exercise but I had a red face when we got home....

Okay what with waiting for deliveries and a good clean through the house I'm re starting things. This morning I'm off for a swim with my dear friend who recently lost her hubby. She needs to reconnect with the world and were both feeling like a pair of fat old cows.

This OLD DORIS and her mate GERTRUDE, will be clear the swimming baths, with a splash....

TWO FAT LADIES, 88....

Well swim went well yesterday. Though last night I left bloody awful. My left arm hurt and I felt shattered. No energy at all.

I think just a walk today, then off to the flicks to see Snow White and The Huntsman
