Account Inquiry

Good day, Jedi!
I've returned, but I see my username is now a guest name, so I recreated it with a little variance. (Kadmiel Ad Nuah is the former username). Is there a way you could combine the two into this username so I can have my old post stats and whatnot, so it's easier for me to find my own information?

There is no way of combining posts from two separate accounts. In fact, it's even one of our rules that a member cannot have 2 accounts so the suggestion is that you continue to use the old username and we block access to the new one.

What was the problem with the old account? What rank did you hold before? As you may have noticed, we have changed over to a new forum and there have been one or two issues in the changeover so it may be that your old info was removed accidentally.

We can, that's what I did with Jon's account. But it doesnt seem necessary in this case. Why can't you use the old account ?

My original account has been listed as a "guest" and I cannot sign into it, nor can I recreate it - that's why I came to this forum with this inquiry. I'd rather keep this name. I want my old posts back because I had finished journal postings there I'd like to keep to my name.

I have reset the password on your old account and emailed the details to the Yahoo email address that we have on file for you. You should be able to access your old account now.

As for the listing as "guest", this is part of the new system. WHen you begin to study the Initiate's Programme, you are considered to be a "Novice". However, it is up to the individual to request this rank change from one of us admins as it is not an automatic process. Since you have brought it to my attention, I have adjusted your rank to "Novice".

It has now come to my attention that you have not yet signed the Simple Oath. As this is a requirement for achieving a rank at this Temple, I have removed the rank of "Novice" until this matter has been resolved. You are more than welcome to continue your studies here but will not be able to claim a rank until an Oath and Application have been signed.
