To a degree yes as my training here has helped me realize the true nature of society. But the majority of my views towards certain political beliefs has been fordged over time since I was young. A good contributor in my teen's was my high school criminology teacher who shared a lot about the world with us. (More then what's read in the mainstream media. He taught us to see between the lines and the lies of government corporations and others).

When I first began Jediism I was harshly criticizer by some friends one in particular. Al though some do not understand others tend to just laugh and shrug it off. If they are interested I tell them more. I know several people who find Jediism very interesting and would to study it themselves. THe main issue I find is people don't seem to understand the difference from the Jedi in the movies from the teachings that create jediism. It's a fine line that often requires some delicate wording. I find its best to walk away though if someone doesn't want to hear it. You can often tell within their first few comments on how they will react. It's best not to force the issue and just allow the idea to flow through them. Sometimes they even come back asking you good questions about it. It's important to be patient with others

Jediism and the Jedi arts have helped me immensely in my life. The point I would like to make though is that it's the people in the community that make Jediism so good. The teachings are wonderful but the people who support and mentor you are the true reason people stay and want to succeed. The legacy of this community and others around the web have truly helped improve the marketability of Jediism. I have many to thank myself. It is in recognizing those who have helped me that makes me feel truly lucky. Thank you all for your support and all of you who shall short our next generation of Jedi.
