I have filled in the online application but I have noticed that it says you need a digital signature, I do not have the facilities to make a digital signature. Is there anyway I can submit the application form.

I think you can leave this. Try submitting without.

It's not like a digital certificate but only the fact of typing your name at the place.

Good thinking though. We do have the ability to make and sign a digital certificate if anyone needs one. It would be secure but self certified.

Thank you Brother John for your advice and help. I have completed the form twice but I have not hand any response. I think first completed the form a month ago and the next time a week ago.
