Application - How old is my profile? was created by Pathtales

I'm ready to complete the application and it says that the age of my profile and the exact age should be found in the profile but I can not find it. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

When you click in the top bar on forum , and choose the sub Profile it should be in there
