Where is my TOTJO Registration Date?

I've looked throughout my profile, asked public chat, and done a cursory search of the forums, but I can't find it.
I suspect it's due to the new site If I'm just dumb please point this out to me.

Thank you I want to submit my membership application and it very specifically states that it's invalid if it isn't completely filled out. Do you think I should hold off submitting it until this is remedied?
