Convocation of clergy meeting was created by
ATTENTION TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE CLERGY!
Due to the resignations of members Cabur Sennar (Pastor) and Darren (Assistant Pastor) we called a meeting of the clergy ON THIS SATURDAY AT 18:00 UTC in the group of Skype to align some guidelines on the following topics:

1. Open offices
2. Align the mission of the clergy
3. Creation of a schedule of meetings for clergy
4. Other topics that are raised

We count on the presence of the largest number of members in order to restructure and guide our role within the community.

NOTE: Topics that are not addressed at this meeting will be rescheduled for the next meeting.
