Is it going to be a requirement to only pull from this lesson pool for every valid lesson or will we have the ability to write our own lessons as well and maybe even add them to the pool?

That wasnt my question. I asked if it was a requirement to pull from the lesson pool only and I asked, under the current revisions how its going to evolve to those of us pursuing B-Div but are not Knights.

But to my mind. Adding to the lesson pool can be granted to those with the rank Instructor/Sr. Instructor whether members of our order or visiting. The KEY is the lesson(s) must be approved by RyuJin and Team.
Its a long way off as I've stated since we dont have a list of lessons yet.
As to whether lessons must be pulled from the bank, well that'd be ideal (otherwise why have them

Doing existing lessons is a safe bet.

This is a large project and it will take strong leadership. I offer my services in that regard. The concept of "a long time" that ros mentions is not the sort of thing that instills confidence. I want to help change that!
I feel part of this process should include setting milestones, developing requirements, setting a critical path, and having monthly updates to the membership on progress. I'm willing to help develop these project areas along with the edu-admin as well as pound out any grunt work, developing curriculum, formatting lessons, writing requirements and descriptions.. etc.
I feel these things are needed to push this forward in a timely and effective manner and I want to offer my expertise in these areas. This is my experience and training being put to good use here and I would like to know what it will take to move these ideas forward with me as a member of the development team?

Are you turning down my offer to help this temple?

Rosalyn J wrote: That is not my decision to make, but RyuJin's. You'll have to ask him
I have, several times in PM. He has never responded. Am I to assume his silence is a no? Not a very dignified responce from one of the newest council members here... I would just like an answer. You wonder why frustrations run so high here and yet this sort of behaviour continues to be the norm.
My efforts here are to change perceptions, volunteer instead of persecute, work to better this place instead of complain, offer my expertise in good faith instead of accuse. And I am ignored and sidestepped. I must ask you, what is this place truly about if not jumping at the chance to better the individual so that the temple is strengthened?

Nah it was a question. Which you didn't answer, but that's ok... I don't need to know your answer.

Here is the problem. You dont even know my stance on rank, something I have made quite clear, so why would you even ask me that question?
Have I ever stated that abuse is an attribute of rank? Why would you come to such a conclusion and then proceed to ask such a thing? This question I asked has nothing to do with rank, and yet you seem to want to make it about that. Why are you doing this?

Sure, but you've talked at length about a few in particular, like Knights, even recently at;

Like all things, if it doesn't apply to you then it doesn't apply to you.... and if it does, then it's an easy fix to better view ranks at this place.
