I really liked John Carter (of Mars) movie. It makes a great analogy for lucid dream work plus the original work was one of the inspirations for Star Wars originally apparently;

Have a look at some of the title used on Mars;
  • Jed (king)
  • Jeddak (emperor)
  • Jeddara (empress)
  • padwar (low ranking officer)

I just kind of assumed we were leaving it out because it completely perverted the message of the original, even though it was kinda cool in its own way.
