History of Temple's Doctrine

I think, that Jedi must know not only Doctrine, but history of Doctrine too.
Thanks to Opie Macleod, I know the history of the Jedi Code.
I want to ask the clergy and other Jedi: who and when created the other sections of the Doctrine? Jedi Believe? The Three Tenets? The 16 Teachings and The 21 Maxims?

The jedi code as you know comes straight from the star wars universe. The version we use is from a videogame called 'knights of the old republic'.

I wrote the preamble and the basic definition of jedi.

The tenets are from jediism's first home, jediism.org.
The 21 maxims are originally from jediism.org, and were called 'jedi code' there. I rewrote them, although kept the words and order.
'Jedi believe' was originally a verbatim copy of an older statement from religioustolerance.org. i rewrote it too.

The 16 teachings were originally a copy of the 16 teachings from jedisanctuary.org. jedi sanctuary was a ULC ministry. Totjo was created to be a standalone jedi church. The 16 teachings were rewritten by Akkarin and alexandre orion, with some editing from me.

The creed is a slightly modified totjo-specific copy of a 100 year old french catholic peace prayer.
