Have we become too generalized or too specific?
This is something I posted to Jedi Federation and I realized it applies to us.
If you become too specific you'll have a group that knows more and more about less and less until they eventually know everything about nothing. If you become too inclusive and generalized you'll have a group that knows less and less about more and more until they eventually know nothing about everything.
According to the Arabic proverb, there are no such things as a Phoenix, a Ghoul, or a True Bosom Friend, but I say to you that I found them all among my neighbors. ~ Kahlil Gibran

Is that just in general, or specifically speaking? ;p
It felt like a Temple of like-minded people when I first arrived, and then the movies hit. Frankly, It hasn't felt remotely church/temple like for years, and has less to do with where we place our focus imo, and more to do with what we tolerate. That's a large part in why more people don't rely upon or trust the clergy....
You simply don't get your cake and eat it too, and when you try, you become a hub that presents itself as a Temple...
Pick one, but stop attempting to be both...

We need like minded people but not an echo chamber.
What kind, specifically speaking? We've had quite a few Knights, apprentices and members leave, all for similar reasons. I'd like not to dig dirt, so i'm biting my tongue....

Would that be an open chat for all? Or Knights only?
