Favorite gifts you gave

This time of year lots of people like to talk about the gifts they received, I thought it'd be nice to talk about our favorite gifts that we gave (for it is in giving that we receive). I feel like we should say what it was, who it went to, why we gave it, and why we enjoyed giving it.

Mine was a full sized digital piano that I gave to my girlfriend. Playing music used to be a big part of her life (she was originally going to school to be a music teacher but realized part way through that she hated teaching. LOL) but we live in an apartment and the neighbors wouldn't take too kindly to her practicing with her trombone. She also loves visiting her parents because they have a piano and she loves to play it. So I got her a digital piano so that she can play at home and have headphones so that she doesn't upset the neighbors. She was worried that she didn't get me anything that she felt was equal but the look on her face was all I needed. I've always felt like she was missing a part of herself since she stopped playing music and now she can be whole again.

I gave my son a Happy's Plush Pet. You can get a few toys, and through operation of IR it travels towards it. If you're not using the toy, it just runs around everywhere. My son loves that thing. ^^
