I didn't say you were doing it for them, I said you are as they want you to be. That you are making it your bliss (doing it for yourself) not to follow your own bliss (doing what others want you to do).

Besides, you can't always please everyone. For example people at this site do things I find unforgivably despicable... I don't point it out to them because I prefer to know what people are really like as opposed to how they want to be seen by me. So, really, by not pleasing me they are pleasing me. Obviously I have no respect for them, but it's not like they really want it, is it?

Just because how I act, might be a desirable trait by others doesn't take anything away from the fact its what I want...

Because some find it a positive trait, a desirable trait, and would wish it upon everyone, does that mean its wrong and should be fought against?
