.......I would very much like to light your microphone on fire and laugh as I watch it melt into a puddle of black, liquid plastic, lol. You weren't kidding about it :P But anyway, the vocals weren't all that bad. Could definitely warm up those vocal chords before hand...that always helps. I notice a significant difference in my tone between a warmed up voice and a cold voice, especially with projection of sound. Sadly, despite preaching about warm ups and how to do proper warm ups, i'm actually terrible at doing them myself, lol. I bust other people's chops all the time and then ignore my own advice :P

I was warmed up, lol. It was just an off-day, I believe. I sing much better usually.

Hey Lykeios,

Worked on the path. Let 4 bars go by at the beginning and then you are at the 1st verse for singing.

Let me know if it is workable?

4 bars of verse, pre chorus and chorus.

Sounds pretty good from here.

Sounds awesome to me! I'll have to come up with some lyrics! Haha.

Just thought I would check in with you all and see if everybody is still interested in working this project

I'm sorry I pretty much disappeared for a while there. I'm still here, just got sucked into the magical land of novels. >.<

So, anyway, just checking in and saying that I am still SO down to do a Jedi collab.

I'm not sure this is going to work, I'm just trying it out.

Now I'm editing my own post. It seems to have worked. Not bad I think for a first attempt. Makes me believe this album can be a possibility.

I'm REALLY sorry it took me this long to respond to your work, but nicely done! :D Only one question: how do I download it? I'd like to put it into MixCraft and dub in some lead guitar parts if that's alright. Maybe a drum beat?

OKAY then. Now that I have the proper equipment, I found a way to download My Candle and dub in some lead guitar stuff. It's a little...mm...rock, compared to the original recording. My work needs refinement, but I tried to get the basic feel down that kind of wanted to come out when I first listened to the song.

Anyway, it would be great if someone could sing to this, but it does sound kind of pretty as an instrumental :D

Not bad at all Streen. I see where you're going with that. I like the feel. A little spanish guitar solo on top on my clean track. It's a good first attempt.

Is it possible to mix after you record or is it pretty much as is. In other words were you able to record it on a seperate track or does it all become one track after you're done?

Sounds really good, I greatly appreciate your efforts! :)
