Joseph Campbell's The Power of Myth

I just had a quick question about using the materials in Lesson One. The library I work in has a copy of The Power of Myth- would it be alright if I checked out the DVD to watch instead of downloading the audio/video materials? They sounded like the same thing but I just wanted to double check.
