I have a question.

I see the IP’s focus around the structure of the Temple, the responsibilities etc. But is there any one person who is legally responsible for this Temple as in accountable?

The Order is a non profit corporation. The board of directors (also known as The Council) have the ultimate responsibility and final say. It’s not one person.
