In the Netherlands there is a new fitnesstrend break through, it has many health benefits and is embraced by women and men as a fun way to improve physique and healt. A few of the benefits are :
1. It helps you burn calories quickly
2. It builds your self-confidence
3. You’ll be less stressed out
4. It will motivate you to work out more
5. You become more limber
6. It’s good for your bones and joints
7. It’s good for your heart and blood flow
8. You develop greater balance and kinesthetic awareness
9. You will be able to fall asleep much easier
And last but not least , it looks amazing
My daughter has done a course already and maybe i will do one too , i am thinking about it

A friend of mine swears by it. Pole, cave, swimming and weights probably make the greatest workout combo. People may not approve of a pole in your house tho.

I've been wanting to join a Pole Dancing class for a couple years now. Sadly the closest one is an hour away and they sound demanding on time/money sooooooo not in my card right now.
It is an amazing art though and a great workout ^_^

Yep i heard that , thats why i would put it in the attick , the wood makes an excellent attachment point and i would only have to drill 4 holes in the floor to attach , when i move i fill the holes and they will be none the wiser
