    People ask me about my flow art, my lightsaber practise. Why do I call it flow?

    According to Csikszentmihalyi (1990), flow is “a state in which people are so involved in an activity that nothing else seems to matter; the experience is so enjoyable that people will continue to do it even at great cost, for the sheer sake of doing it.”

    Anything can be flow. But it requires two things. Love of the action, and the drive to keep going with it, even when people think its extreme. Olympic athletes are considered extreme, but those that win have mastered flow in their field. And this man, has mastered flow with a Yo-Yo.
