my feelings on this one is hard. on one level i believe that anyone should be able to make the choice, as long as they have researched it and thought about the choice deaply. on the other we shouldnt kill any living thing in what ever stage it is in. so i will stand on pro choice and hope that people make the choice to abort with a heavy heart and not a light thought.

As it is for anyone, this is a tough decision. The Christian and Jedi in me are very much Pro life for obvious reasons. However, the American in me says Pro choice, again for obvious reasons. I believe in the freedoms allowed by our constitution and as a libertarian I believe in the personal freedom of every citizen. Who am I to take away these freedoms. I am going to have to begrudgingly fly Pro Choice.

there is no argument about it. As a female, i find it abhorring. Abortion is sick, and it's evil. Not only are you murdering an innocent, you are detrying your body beyond repair. My mother had an abortion, and she regrets it so much. I am anti-abortion. I say give the child to a family who can't have a baby. Not only are you fulling the duty of child bearing, you are giving joy to someone who needs it.

birth control
celibacy
ect...

unwanted pregnancies are a result of unsafe sex practises. Now, rape is different. But even then i don't condone abortion. And if you still get pregnat with preventive steps, then i think you are supposed to have the baby.

Each case is as different as each individual. I think getting an abortion is hard on the soul...very hard. But as Jedi i feel its more my place to give solace no matter what hapens, without judgment either way.
So my stance is compassion. (but my heart breaks when a woman cannot bring herself to let the child live.
